I woke up in the morning with as many as eight bug bites on my arms and legs. I complained at check out and they told me the manager would be getting in touch with me and that didn’t happen. I’m very disappointed, I’ve stayed there many times before with no issues. Not too sure I will want to stay there again

Since my last stay the hotel has went from a unwelcoming environment to a very amazing place to stay I’ve enjoyed every night I’ve stayed recently the staff is friendly and efficient the breakfast has improved the rooms are super clean.

Excellent hotel,  staff was warm and welcoming, clean rooms and beautiful lobby. The breakfast in the morning was great. Very tasty. Our room was very Clean and pristine,    Loved the pool very sanitary and beautiful. Debbie L

Bugs everywhere (dead flies in windowsills, clusters of ladybugs in corners and on ceiling and crawling up the bed), the shower drain was so backed up with hair it couldn't be used without standing in water, seemed like there was no heat in the hallways and lobby area in the middle of winter, the elevators smell like cigarette smoke, ”hot” breakfast is a joke which includes french toast (passable) and rubbery egg disks, the rest of the continental breakfast consisted of stale bread products and cereal that wouldn't dispense. Overall the whole place is just shabby with stained floors, scuffed walls, lights that don't work, and constant construction. Hopefully it gets better once renovations are complete but I have my doubts and will not be staying here again.
