Top 5-Star Hotels in Dusseldorf

The hotel is in a great location, right on the King's Road, with major brands such as Hermes next door. The room is relatively small, but very clean. The restaurant is delicious and is run by the famous German 3-star chef Björn Freitag. The only downside is the swimming pool facilities. It is actually shared with the gym next door. The hygiene is also average. In addition, the hotel allows pets. An additional cleaning fee is required every day.

Located in the port area of ​​Düsseldorf, it is not very close to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city by public transportation. The various services during the stay were satisfactory. There was nothing amazing, but there was no problem. The room has a separate dressing table partition, so the rest area is not large, which is a problem. The snacks in the lounge of the executive room I booked were delicious, which was a highlight. Overall, considering the price of the hotel in Germany, it is cost-effective.

I was quite disappointed as I have had better experiences with Hilton hotels in other cities and countries. The minibar was completely empty, there was not even 1 bottle of water in the room, there was no bath rope, the interior and especially the bathroom looked pretty old and I have found hair in the sink and bathtub. Nevertheless the staff at the reception were very friendly.

The room was luxurious and high-end, and I was very satisfied with my stay!

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

An excellent hotel in the very heart of the city centre of Dusseldorf. The hotel is fantastic, the staff super polite and helpful and the room spacious, spotless and well decorated. We even had a room upgrade for free!

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.
