Novotel Brisbane Airport Reviews

Brilliant location, close to the airport and across the road from DFO. Staff are always friendly, efficient and helpful. Rooms are immaculate and this time, included a view of the Brisbane CBD skyline.

It’s near DFO. No restaurant nearby after 6pm and luckily the food in the hotel restaurant is good.

The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. We reached way earlier than check in time and was able to check in first, without a fee. The room was clean & spacious enough for my little family. There’s also shuttle bus service to the airport so we don’t have to fuss about getting transport early in the morning. The location is fantastic given that DFO & Woolworth are just opposite. Overall the location & stay is fantastic.

The room was clean. Everything about this hotel is just too good. I enjoyed my stay.

Checked in at 11pm the staff were very good.room was very comfortable.ordered late nite room service very good as well.breakfast was excellent.5stars from me.

The hotel is average, clean enough but overpriced. Need to pay Aus8 for the shuttle to the terminal

Novotel airport is always the best choice to stay in for a transit It is very conveniently located next to the DFO with Woolworth supermarket at 24/7..easy checkin system .

Good location. Clean and tidy. But Missed our morning call and cab booking, whichn is essential for super early planes.

Hotel was really close to the airport and a 24 hours decent sized Woolworths nearby. Decent spread for their buffet breakfast. Room looked alittle dated but it was good for that price. The pool was closed during our stay.

Stayed overnight, had a very relaxing stay - lovely staff, convenient location. Definitely will return.
