Sleep Inn & Suites Ronks

This has to be one of the quietest motels we have stayed in. this was our 4th visit to this motel. We book online and get the best price along with no hassle check in and out. Hot breakfast is served and it is typical motel hot breakfast. Room are clean and in very good repair. Ample free parking and with in 5 miles of most of the shopping. Wi fi was very reliable with fast speed. 3 miles from Sight and Sound.

Stayed in room 121. 1 bedroom king. The room looked in disrepair. Looked like they through everything from elsewhere and put it in here. List of areas to improve: Sink in kitchenette had faucet that is very loose. Dishwasher in there with no glasses, plates etc. Edger for wallcame off, it was taped on there. Bathtub was taped on bottom. Tv in living area was a fire tv. Had to go to inputs to get to cable. Tv in bedroom was on demo mode, so things kept popping up to interrupt viewing. When checking in only 1 person at desk and a tour bus had just arrived. Breakfast was OK. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. When I brought up issues with manager the morning of departure he was very defensive. Did not acknowledge anything was wrong.

This was our first time staying at the Ronks Sleep Inn. Very nice Motel. Our Room, was slightly worn, but that did not detract from a nice stay. Room and motel were clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was typical with Eggs, sausage, and a variety of breads and cereals. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

We had a great stay. The employees at the front desk were very friendly. Always saying hi and making conversation. Usually the front desk kind of ignores you after your check in, but the gentlemen that worked day and night were both great all three days. The cleaning staff we passed were also friendly. They kept the place very clean also. We were more than pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the property in general. They swept and mopped the common areas daily. Everything in the room was in working order (shower faucet made a loud noise when turning on but it worked fine). We slept great on the comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the room and bathroom. There was an indoor pool, but we didn’t go to see/use it. Breakfast was normal fare, but enough to get the day started. Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast/bagels, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal. Coffee was good. We had a great stay. Loved the value for price paid. The location was also great. Convenient to all the major things in the area. We were on the side away from the highway, and heard no outside noise. Will be back.

My husband and I found the room and bathroom not the cleanest. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled of urine and had tiles taped wth scotch tape with some missing. The internet was good and TV channel selection was also good. The breakfast was really nothing. We went out elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, We would not stay here again based on the cleaniness of the room.

We stayed here last year and was happy but this time not so much. We went down to the pool and it was dirty, wet paper towels around the outside of the pool. The pool itself was also dirty inside. We go back up to the room to get showered and I noticed the wall by the shower was destroyed and tried fixing it. Then i looked up under the shower head and saw black mold. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and the carpet in the room didnt look the best either and i kept my shoes on. The towels also had stuff on them. I go back downstairs and told the front desk worker about the issues. Hes like ok I will have a plumber look at it. I said it needs more than that, my boyfriend is a contractor and that is something that has been leaking for awhile and i dont want to stay in a room with black mold. He seemed taken aback by this like he had no clue and was going to let us stay in that room if i hadnt spoke up. He did switch us to the room next door and it was better at least no mold but still not the cleanest. The breakfast was good but not enough room. Some of the guests were rude and took over and kept tables tied up even though they were done which i know isn't the hotels fault but still. Its ashame because the hotel location is perfect for us but it defintely was not a good stay. As well as I heard someone check out the one day and it was room 208 which is the room that had mold in it.

Stayed in July for one night and it’s exactly what you would expect. You’re staying at a Sleep Inn, you’re not staying at the Ritz or 4 Seasons, so set your expectations and it will be fine. Room temperature was set warm, there was a “musty” smell that took a little while to go away once we blasted the AC. Room was clean and no frills, the beds were actually very comfortable, free wifi, full tv guide w cable. Didn’t try the free breakfast as there are a million options in the area. But there were people eating when we left, and if I did stay to eat, I would have expected it to be average and be fine with that. It worked well for a one night stay, I wouldn’t stay a week, but that’s not what this place is for and if you go in with very high expectations, you just might be disappointed.

The pool was dirty and needed painted? There was clumps of hairs in the pool. The breakfast was ok eggs were little rubbery. check-in and out was easy. The room ac was bad had set at low temp and the room was still warm.

When we walked in immediately smelled awful , we got the keycard to our room and we went back to check the room it was musty and dirty , the curtains had stains and the sheets also had big yellow stains on them. The bathroom toilet was stuck and kept running , my husband took man from the front desk back to show him , he told him we would not stay there , the man said he would talk to the manager about refunding our stay , we had to go someplace else , I have asthma and could not stay there it smelled so bad . Our money was not refunded and we left on 6/24/2023. Do not read positive reviews they are obviously made up reviews .
