Nice hotel with great cooked breakfast. The room is okay but quite old fashion. Bed was very creaky and soft. Shower is rather weak. No bottled water in room anymore.
I stayed in the new annexe. An expensive stay for what you get.

An excellent overnight stay , room , food and service extremely good. Evening meal good portions and well cooked , presentation v good , extremely professional coupled with great service . Room clean good size . All staff friendly and give excellent service

Whitley Hall is a beautiful place, lovely staff and a welcoming atmosphere. A group of us, 7 ladies, attended a Festive Freddie Mercury tribute evening. The food was delicious as was the initial ambience but the tribute part fell flat and the evening was nowhere near as festive or enjoyable as we hoped. There was little interaction between the artist and audience and no disco on after he’d finished at 11pm. Taxis were booked for 12 and the last hour dragged. We will return to Whitley Hall but not to a tribute night.

Fantastic wedding venue, staff very attentive. Great food, catered superbly for a large wedding party.
Plugs in Bath and sink allowed water to drain through which has been brought to the attention of reception on departure

Overnight stay before a Wedding at Whitley Hall the following day. Superb in every way

Nice hotel, homely
Lovely stay would recommend highly, however something to note.
Pint of San Miguel £6.50 ouch
Also when I stayed they had a set a la carte menu which was £33 no other food options available, this was for 3 courses when normally I would just have a main.

Business trip one night stay
The hotel was a little tired with old carpets
The bathroom sink and bath would not drain. The woman on reprption did not offer thanks for staying or bid farewell on departure needs a short course in customer service
