Traveling is very convenient. You can basically go anywhere you want on foot. The room is also very big. Standard intercontinental service. There are no surprises and nothing wrong. The hotel waiter introduced a local restaurant of his own, which is very good.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Prince Street and within walking distance of surrounding attractions. The waiters were warm and thoughtful, helping with luggage and lending us an umbrella when it was raining outside. The room was clean and tidy.

The room is a bit small, but the location is good. The breakfast is a traditional English breakfast, and the taste is OK. The main problem is that the bathroom is small, and the countertop is not big enough to put facial cleanser, skin care products, etc. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. You have to bring your own. The bed is not big, 1.5 meters wide, and comfortable. Water can be requested for free. If you don't want it, one bottle is defaulted, which is definitely not enough for two people. Three bottles are defaulted, which is about right. The service is good. Someone picked up the luggage at the door, and a handsome guy helped to carry it into the room. Seeing that we had two suitcases and the room was only equipped with one luggage rack, he took the initiative to get me another one. Very good.

The most satisfactory hotel in the UK, the environment is warm and the decoration is elegant. All the hotel service staff are very enthusiastic, especially the men in Scottish skirts at the entrance of the hotel are very polite. There is a Chinese-speaking girl in the restaurant who is also super nice. If you come to Edinburgh, I strongly recommend it❤️
