In relation to the price I paid, I got full value for money, but I booked the vacation a long time in advance, so the price was very attractive. The hotel is old, but well maintained. Some staff members were very helpful (Betty from the dining room was very nice), cleaning workers did not always do their job. I didn't try dinner at the hotel, but breakfast was basic, not bad, but nothing special

The staff is good l, but any thing else was really everge. They didn't have even a spoon in the dining room. The parking is really horrible!!!! The pool is open from 8:00 and not earlier, there are not enough attraction for kids. And no interesting things for the parents.

Our family stay was nice and comfortable. We had issues with parking (free parking was full constantly and in the nearby areas it was very busy during the weekend.
Some noisy guests were shouting in the pool area late at night. Calling reception didn’t seem to help. Breakfast was nice, coffee needs some improvement.

Have visited Eilat many times and stayed at most of the hotels there. The Vert (Crown Plaza in the past) is an excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. The food and service also very good. Enjoyed time at the pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel for solo, couples and families.

The first thing to say is that the food is incredible. I mean really really good. It’s worth getting half board. However the dining room gets very busy and can be extremely noisy, I even saw one guy walking through with his fingers in his ears! One thing to note is that there is a fairground ride near by which you can hear people screaming till late at night. It's not that terrible though and I slept through it no problem. Is in a great location, but there are many other very nice hotels all around the same area. They didn’t have Swedish massage in the spa on Fridays or Saturdays which is the only massage I wanted. I went for the hot stones massage which was pretty good. The spa is small but good quality with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The shower was pretty grimey though so I didn't use it. The pool is cold (amazing to cool off) and there is plenty of seating and deck chairs / sun beds. I let them know it was my birthday and they left a chocolate cake and bottle of wine in my room which was a really nice touch! All in all it's a great hotel and I would recommend!

The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and tidy, the rooms have been renovated, everything is new and very clean, the location is very good, not far from the seashore and a 5-minute walk to the large ice shopping center. Thank you. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel very nice staff very friendly. Food is great 👍. We stayed here for five days and I don’t want to leave. It has a great pool and front lobby. I love how the room gets cleaned everyday. They gave us 2 foldable beds because 4 people cannot fit in 2 beds. The foldable beds were actually surprisingly comfortable. Overall great experience .
