Great views, great service, and delicious food. There is a package for purchasing wine, so you can order unlimited breakfast and wine. You can mix and choose from the menu for lunch and dinner. The important thing is that everything can be delivered to the room. The whole trip is very relaxing and comfortable, and the service is very good. , every service staff is very considerate, you don’t have to carry your luggage yourself during the whole journey, there are service staff to help you with everything.

The scenery is great, but the food is hard to describe. The selection is very limited and the price is not cheap. The main thing is that it is not delicious🤣 But the service is still very good, everyone is very kind.

My husband and I celebrated our second year anniversary at Cauayan. We considered other resorts but we have definitely made the right choice. The island is just breathtaking! We were greeted with a warm welcome by the hotel staff and were escorted to our beautiful villa. My husband arranged a private tour of El Nido islands, where we ended up visiting about 7 spots with our guide even acting as our photographer (he took fantastic photos and videos too). In terms of food, the buffet breakfast offered a wide array of food selection. For lunch / dinner, we enjoyed all that we ordered (though some are really very spicy, so take note). The bar staff can concoct amazing drinks as per your mood & whim. I particularly enjoyed the spa and wished I booked a much longer massage. Our stay at the island became so much more meaningful when we witnessed hawksbill sea turtles being released to the ocean….As amazing as all these are, the best part of our stay in Cauayan is the friendly and customer focused staff. They prioritize the customers’ needs, always have a smile on their faces and have just made our stay in El Nido a memorable one. Thank you Cauayan and we will surely return for another amazing experience at your island!

I love it so much, I will come again!
The room environment, facilities and services are very good. There is also a dedicated sunshade pavilion at the door of our room type where we can lie down.
There are also many activities provided, such as paddle board, kayak, snorkel (although there is nothing to see), sunset/sunrise hiking, and other diving and tours. You can lie down for a whole day without doing anything. If you are lucky, you can also see small sharks and turtles.
And their food is really good, the best hotel meal we have eaten in the Philippines.

I have picked resort for its location and for experience to stay at the beach hut. And it was truly amazing time chilling on your veranda’s comfy chair surrounded by palm trees and the sound of crashing waves.
As for the overall experience, the resort is definitely not a 5* star resort. Amenities are pretty basic, over-washed beach towels, cheap cutlery, unexciting breakfast, the core infrastructure a bit rundown down, food is average and overpriced. Staff is friendly and ready to attend to every need of yours, but are the some time not there when you need them.
Had stayed at lagoon hut #14 and had a constant traffic of passing stuff or guests. So not so much privacy as you would think.
Caution. Only lagoon huts facing the beach (first row) get to use the beach sun loungers. The rest of the guests need ti use swimming pool lounges.

Paradise! A private island only for the resort. We were in a slightly small lagoon room, there was no place to put our luggage, I recommend taking the room on the sea or sea view. All inclusive the food was excellent!!! Kind staff and the massage is dreamy. The place looks like heaven

Perfect in every case … Salil and the F&B-Team were amazing.
The bungalow was very nice. Sometimes you have the feeling in the Lagoon villas, that people see you.
Staff at reception could be more open. No options for late check-out.
Sometimes it was completely full at the pool, that there was no space for a sunbath. … I had to rest on my veranda.
Overall a little too expensive, but worth a stay.
