"nice for the interior of the hotel but not much in the room. however, the staff are friendly and helpful. they upgraded the room, which was very nice but the room is quite dusty and feel itchy while using the bed on first night. after request to change the sheets and do the cleaning, it s far better from the first night. nit much selections for the breakfast but the menu changes everyday. the pool looks nice and fitness has good 2 treadmills."

"We are a family of 6 so we need to book 2 rooms. Their rooms can only fit 2 pax. The 2 kids are free, the additional payment we made is for the breakfast only. The ac unit of other room needs a repair or replacement because it can't serve its purpose. I think the room is newly painted that is why the woodstain smells around the room. But the room itself has a superb ambiance. They have nice gym equipment. The pool is relaxing because it surrounded with trees, the kids enjoyed it, it fits for a single group only. It looks like a private pool because we are the only group in the pool area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I want to give them 10/10."

"everything is good in this place! the villa is cool, comfortable! the staff is incredibly friendly, thank you very much! but I will dwell on the location in more detail. firstly, it is located 30 minutes away from the El Nido pier itself (a strategic point, because we are all planning to travel around the national park by boat), and God bless it, but a kilometer before the hotel the road simply ends. secondly, the beach is beautiful and uncrowded (a bonus for the remoteness), but Nik-Nik (sand mite) lives there, fortunately we were warned about this right away at the hotel, in general, you can’t go anywhere without a repellent. I will especially note that sea turtle eggs are kept on the hotel grounds and, when the time comes, the turtles are released into the sea, but we were unlucky enough to witness this action (( then no little things would have prevented us from giving 6 stars!"

"Due to our flights, we arrived at the hotel at around 7am, no welcome drinks, just a comment saying you can have a coffee from restaurant, but no food as breakfast starts tomorrow, With the time we got there, I was not expecting to get access to our room, until around lunch time, We finally got access around 13.30, when we got to our room we booked, 1st sighting it looked fine, we opened our curtains to our balcony, to see a fast food restaurant, next door, overlooking our balcony, The shower wasn't really clean, shower head falls out of the holder, then when you went to wash your hands in the bathroom, the top of the tap, fell off. I went down to complain, as after all the time waiting, and the duration getting to El Nido, which was over 24 hrs, we just wanted a shower, to freshen up. The staff at reception was, really helpful, and we got an upgrade to a pool cabana, which was nice, Then we realised, there was building work happening, very close to room, with the new pool bar being built. Which is annoying whilst relaxing around the pool. But location of this property, is in a prime spot"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Huni Lio. We stayed in the family room. You can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 if you use the sofa. The crew really took care of us. Lio is a nice relaxed respite from the back packer hustle and bustle of Elnido. Dining choices are so tasty. The beach is beautiful. Watch out for big waves and sandflies/ nikniks - cover up, pack antihistamines and insect repellants. Just a few helpful tips and feedback: 1. Improve the brewed coffee that comes with breakfast or waive the charges to serve the coffee from the expresso machine. 2. The laundry and swimmers hanging in balconies facing the mangrove forest won’t dry even after 5 days leaving a stank so bad. We moved our rack indoors to dry in front of the AC. 3. There’s a constart hum and vibration at the end of the room, last bed. Light sleepers should avoid this bed. Finally wish there was a second bathroom lol but overall the waiting and jesting is part of the wholesome family fun."

"Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area ."

Kudos to Duty Manager Ms. Divine😇 she made our stay unforgetable providing extra mile beyond her duty and boundary🙏 Thanks much Food is great too, breakfast is never the same everyday. Our room is clean right after our 7am breakfast, never experienced that huh 😀 Lounges everywhere from the beach to the pool area, amazing beach front too within the vast property. Recvd a happy bday from everybody too, wondering how do they know. Will definitely be back here at SEDA LIO🤩"

"We enjoyed the experience overall. We could hear the waves from our tent when falling asleep and the beach is gorgeous. Air conditioning worked well in the tent. The gym is fantastic and there is also a pool with bar area available for the glamping guests. Having a shared bathroom was not as annoying as we expected, as only 3 tents share bathroom, but some showers never seemed to have hot water. Also the bathrooms could be upgraded as some seemed unfinished (ceiling / walls / locks). It would be nice to have clean mugs and coffee / tea refills available everyday."

"A little slice of luxury. Amazing clean rooms and pool. We didn’t have hot water but it was sorted quickly! Scooter hire is expensive here (compared with outside) but necessary to get around. The hotel has a transfer bus but times are limited to morning and evening. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good (expensive compared with outside as understand in hotel). If you order the pork, it’s like a starter portion so bear in mind."
