FlorenceDaviesThere were two adults and two kids in our group, and we were hauling two huge suitcases, a big backpack, and a stroller. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle, and being able to coordinate that with them right after booking gave us peace of mind. The moment we pulled up to the hotel, the staff ran out to help carry our bags upstairs before we even had to ask. Seeing that kind of efficiency and initiative in a beach destination is a huge plus. They have water dispensers on every floor, which is so convenient and eco-friendly for when the kids suddenly get thirsty. They also provide free coffee packets in the room, which is a total lifesaver for getting me through the first ten minutes every morning. The pier and restaurants are just a few steps away, so we saved so much time not having to drag the kids around on transport. The kids are already begging to go back to El Nido.

Guest UserWe had an amazing stay at Seda Lio! Special thanks to the Front Office Supervisor and FO staff for making sure everything about our vacation went smoothly. They were very attentive and considerate, always ready to attend to our requests even going beyond what we expected. All praises to the staff for their warmth and professionalism.
The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and gave us complete comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was really good delicious and with great value for money. Overall, Seda Lio exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the excellent service. ALSO SPECIAL THANKS TO SIR FLORENTINO VERO.
Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back!

I didn’t feel like leaving! This place is a gem. It’s nestled on top of a small hill with mind blowing views. The room (Joglo 5) had spectacular views from the balcony and was very well equipped. It was clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious. The infinity pool and restaurant were the icing on the cake. Beautiful sunsets and vibe! Service was also excellent - thanks to Wilma, RV, Maggie, Lemer, Geo, Lester, Ellen, the Chef, and all others!

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort.
The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Guest UserThe hotel was in a super nice area of El Nido, and therefore I would highly recommend. But the hotel itself was too expensive for what you get, the room smelled like urine and when we told the staff they’d put in a air refresher that gave of a really strong sweet smell for a couple of hours and after that the urine smell was back again so they tried to cover it instead of fixing the problem. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. You should not eat or drink at the hotel as it is crazy expensive and you can get very nice food/coffee at a 2 minute walk.

Guest UserThe hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came everyday. There was water, a mini fridge, shampoo, body wash and soap.
Breakfast was great and a little bit different every morning. But there was always coffee, juice and fresh fruit.
Even though it was a little bit out of the center of town, you could still get there very well by car and tricycle. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was lovely. The location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for—away from the crowded town, making it peaceful and serene.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more rugs or floor mats to wipe our feet, as we only had one and the room can easily get wet after island hopping tours. The shower drain was also a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal.
Other than that, we had a wonderful experience at the resort and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs.
The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour.
Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though.
The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

Small rooms, next to a party street. The size, service and even the location are not worth the money, to be honest. But at that moment there were no options, no choice. All the ports were closed, and the hotels were sold out and there was nowhere to go. We took it for one night.
