"1. The location of the hotel is very convenient for transportation, restobar, souvenir shop and etc. and it is also near the sea 2. The staff are very friendly and approachable 3. The room is very spacious and it also includes juice, coffee and wine 😊 4. Their breakfast at the restaurant is delicious. It is also located at the 5th floor of the hotel in which you can enjoy both the food and view 5. They were also thoughtful because it was my partner’s birthday, they had prepared a slice of cake and decorated the towels in our bed with matching flowers."

"Отель находится в 15 минутах от центра, поэтому не слышно никакой уличной шумихи и довольно спокойно. Жили в отеле два дня, в один из дней было слышно ремонт с самого утра. Есть горячая вода с хорошим напором, но к сожалению с железным запахом. В номере чисто но мало места. Персонал максимально дружелюбный, во всём подскажут помогут. Когда мы выселялись, нам помогли с бесплатным трансфером до центра к месту отправления трансфера на порт Бартон. Завтрак не очень понравился, по запросу предоставляли кипятильник чтобы выпить чаю:)"

"I stayed at Z Garden Hotel between 28th Nov and 1st Dec. My stay was absolutely amazing. I arrived on an early morning flight, and despite check in being from 3pm, Remy re assured me that they will do their best to accommodate me within a short time. I left my luggage with reception and went to have some breakfast. By the time I returned my room was prepared and I was blown away at the hospitality of the staff as Remy realised upon check in that it was my birthday a few days before and the staff prepared my room with balloons and decor which left me speechless. The staff at the hotel really epitomise the hospitality and kindness of the people of Philippines. Every day my room would be left spotless and as a solo traveller it had everything I could have needed. Modern, stylish room and the bed was so comfortable. I generally struggle to sleep in Hotels but the bed was really comfortable and a warm space to relax. I was greeted by every staff member that passed by from the reception team, to housekeeping to the security guard at night. Any advice I needed or transport arranged, Remy took absolute care of everything as though I was her own guest and it really leaves a beautiful memory of my travels. It is in a brilliant location, in a quiet relaxing space just a short distance away from the lively scene of El Nido. I hope to return to El Nido in future with my family and without hesitation I will choose to stay at Z Garden Hotel again. Thank you Remy and the entire team for making it a memorable experience and I hope to see you all very soon!"
