Hotel was really close to the highway so it was pretty noisy, my door had a dead bolt but it didn’t have the door lock up top like most other hotels. The doors were pretty loud so you could hear when other guest would leave their room.

Room was not in satisfactory condition. Broken security lock Tub wouldn’t hold water Clothes rack was broken Sink faucet when turned on sprayed water Heater was so loud that I had to turn it off in order to sleep Was given plastic water glass for coffee Curtains were worn and ripped Overall appearance of hotel was dirty with shady people living there Bathroom fan did not work

The hotel has fallen from the worst. I have been booking there for years and with good service. I had not returned since the pandemic, now that the hotel returned without maintenance, without breakfast, which was published and included. The hotel was dirty, the room was pouring water from the shower all night and also without being able to use it to bathe since it won't work.
