The green bean cakes melt in your mouth. The small tomatoes are eaten the fastest. Dried apricots are a small snack. The breakfast variety is OK. There are both Chinese and Western food. The sauce duck tastes great. The rice noodles are also delicious. There is chrysanthemum tea. It would be better if there were some fruit juice drinks. Of course, there are some minor shortcomings. The design of the toilet glass door is a problem. The carpet has some stains that are difficult to clean. But it depends on the individual. For me, the flaws are not enough. The bed should be comfortable and the room should be clean. The service attitude is what I value. I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Yang for his considerate and responsive service at any time. The freshly ground coffee was delivered to the room in person. A staff was also arranged to wash and dry all the clothes from the day's climbing. The check-out time was delayed according to the itinerary. So overall, it was a very satisfactory stay. Very clean and great service. Restaurant did not serve western food and had to travel to a different hotel for meals. Manager did notice and offered to serve sandwiches, great little add-on. Hot springs are only open 11am-11pm. As a holiday resort I would have liked it being open all the time, getting into the hot spring to see the sunrise… especially since the hotel doesn’t offer any amenities besides the hot springs. The personal hot tub on the balcony looks nice but is not a very useful feature as the water is actually lukewarm and gets cold fast. Overall I am very happy with this clean, fancy hotel. And a big thank you to all the staff who went the extra mile to make our stay pleasant.
