We used the hotel as a night accommodation to visit the swimming pool of the European park. The rooms were simple but clean. We did not use the sports facilities of the hotel for time reasons. Breakfast was very good. Most of all the price is super-economic.

The hotel is very well located (7min car from the park), nearby restaurants. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. Very nicely furnished rooms with enough deposit facilities. The sticks had USB-A ports installed. Also two good seating facilities in the room. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Only the huge picture of a woman in the bathroom first unusual, after a short habitual phase then also OK. The bathroom was also large, just as the shower. Very much space for cultural bag and co to deposit. We would definitely come back. Parking with € 19 per night may be a little expensive.

The A/C has been broken since I got here 3 days ago and the room is stuffy and hot. I've overhead other guests complain of this as well. But now this happened: I came back to my from breakfast this morning, where I had left the do not disturb sign on the door, to find that someone had entered my room and locked the window (which I had signed a waiver to have unlocked the day before due to the broken A/C). Another guest told me that ”two men” had opened her door while she was IN THE SHOWER to evict her 3 hours before checkout! What kind of criminal behavior is this??? I'm going through my bags to make sure everything is still there!! Ended up demanding and receiving a refund for my the rest of my booking, and 20% off the nights I stayed so far, no cancellation fee. The manager was quite professional and nice about it, I wish I could say the same for the rest of my experience. And the lady at the reception? I'm pretty sure she is the same one every other review talks about. She doesn't mind laughing to your face and seems to only be concerned with when her next smoke break is. Avoid this place like the plague. I immediately moved next door to the Hampton Inn by Hilton for about 20 euro more. So far there is no comparison.

The new hotel is perfect for accommodation if you want to visit Europapark. The hotel is modern and very clean. There is a free parking near the hotel. Very nice service and good breakfast.

Very cool hotel! Ideal for families who just need a crash pad for visiting Europa Park as room is fairly basic. Could do with a kettle in the room but to be fair we didn’t ask if we could get one to the room so this may be a service they provide. Didn’t hamper our experience. Loved the added personal touch of writing a message on our mirror. You’ll find this in the elevator mirror too. Loads of space downstairs to mingle and spread out of you need a bit of space. Breakfast was delicious the next morning too, a proper and well stocked continental breakfast. Service was lovely
