Super little B&B
Overnight stop, late booking.
Lovely B&B, and the host Jasmine was so friendly and accommodating.
Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious.
It’s so nice to stay somewhere different to mainstream hotels, with a host that really cares for her visitors.

Perfectly fine B&B in North London
This was perfectly ok, although I have no idea why it should rate as high as it does
First point: This B&B has NO EV CHARGER, despite claiming to have one in their amenities. This is the main reason we chose this location, and so we were off to a bad start already.
The double room was functional - no tea/coffee in room (but available in the dining room)
Bathroom has a glass door, which won't be for everyone as the toilet is directly opposite the door
Towels are just larger than a hand towel
Breakfast was fine, although the cooked element was three hot items, without having a choice of what they were ... so not always what you might want
Five minute walk to the Piccadilly Line in a nice, safe area.

Great weekend stay
We had a really lovely stay at the Bay Tree Hotel. The host was welcoming and helpful and made us excellent breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had all we needed. Overall it was nice and quiet and well located close to the underground station.

Bay Tree House
Lovely house in a quiet part if North London. Jasmine, the owner was a fantastic host, made us feel very welcome.
She phoned up on the morning of our booking to confirm arrival time which was a nice personal touch.
Room was super clean, beds very comfortable and cooked breakfast was lovely. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Will definitely stay there again if i am in the area.

Our host, Jasmine is very accommodating! Provided us with freshly cooked hot breakfast. When we had to leave early on a day trip, she put aside some bread and pancakes for us to take along.
Parking is ideal and our family room is clean and comfortable.
