Excellent city stay for one night. Breakfast was amazing, traditional Kerala breakfast and also western options too. Room was comfortable and bed was big.

Location: Location was great, but difficult to find the hotel (inside road). Walking distance from the ferry terminal (10 mins) and a 25min walk to the main ernakulam train station. Far out from the main restaurants but close to all the local smaller stores.
Facilities: Booked a double room, it was fairly clean however the bathroom was terrible. Limescale on the taps, mirror was not great at all, couldn't see anything through it, would be difficult to do makeup or shave a beard. Toilet roll was provided on request & not replaced either. WiFi was good, great speed. Bed made daily and fresh towels given.
Employees of the hotel: Staff at the reception were very good, spoke little English but were very attentive. Hemant, Ashkay and one other gentlemen were extremely helpful and friendly. Rahul, the area operational manger was fantastic, he helped us book another Treebo in Munnar and Goa, he went above and beyond so we could have a pleasant trip.
Food: Breakfast was standard, not contentential, cereal, indian tea and a few curry choices. No fruit or pastries given & unfortunately breakfast started at 8.
Overall: Standard stay but the staff were great, went above and beyond.
