Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Fragrant Nature is a lovely resort. The rooms are very comfortable & clean. Breakfast was good . The atrium is beautiful & there is this most gorgeous painting on the wall. Very centrally located. Abirami was very helpful & saw to all our needs. So was Sandra. We spent 3 great days. Thank you Indira Sridharan

Lovely hotel we spent 3 days at the beginning of our holiday and 2 days at the end to make the journey to the airport easier. The hotel was very welcoming the rooms are spacious all the staff were amazing especially the young Starlin who did our housekeeping always had a smile.. Thank you for making our holiday special

The restaurant at Fragrant Nature Kochi is fantastic. The menu is extensive and the food quality exceptional, with a range of very tasty Keralan dishes. Anjana was our waitress and she was very kind, attentive and personable- even serving us our dishes and ensuring we were always satisfied. Whilst there are lots of staff on hand in the restaurant, sometimes the wider service could be improved, for example ensuring the right dishes are provided upon ordering and all guests receive a drinks menu on arrival. We would highly recommend the restaurant

We spent a wonderful week in Fort Kochi at The Fragrant Nature Hotel - which quite frankly was the best! We loved the swimming pool on the roof and could spend time on the sunbeds with shades whilst relaxing and resting in the sunshine. The bedrooms were immaculately clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. All of the staff were fantastic and we got to know them and felt like they were our family by the time of leaving - special mention to Sruthi & Anjana & Jayasurya & Sujeesh & Dev (in the Spa). Most of all I need to mention Sandra Susan who looked after me and helped to choose my various Indian breakfasts and brought my double espresso - what a wonderful lady - thank you Sandra Susan! We were celebrating my wife’s special birthday and the staff arranged a private dining experience which was magical - thank you Fragrant Nature. We were very sad to leave the hotel but have the best memories of such an amazing time in Fort Kochi.

This is a lovely hotel that is immaculately clean well serviced and employs friendly staff. We spect two nights here and throughout the food was of an excellent standard, our room was well appointed and clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Ibn my opinion a good value for money establishment.

I recently stayed at Fragrant Nature Kochi, and it was an incredible experience! The hotel's heritage architecture immediately transported me to another era, blending Kerala's charm with Portuguese influences in the most elegant way. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with an amazing view of the backwaters that I could never get enough of. Dining here was a treat. The food was exquisite—especially the Kerala dishes, which were bursting with authentic flavors. The rooftop infinity pool was one of my favorite spots, offering breathtaking views over the backwaters and city. I also tried the Prana Wellness Spa, and the Ayurvedic massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay, offering thoughtful recommendations for sightseeing and always greeting me with a warm smile. The location in Fort Kochi was perfect for exploring the local history and culture. I’d recommend Fragrant Nature to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, history, and relaxation in Kochi!"
