Sunrise Palace è un sogno che ti appare nel deserto come un miraggio. Accolti da Youssef, imprenditore attento e dai suoi collaboratori è un piacere! Il profumo che ti avvolge, le camere perfette, dove trovi tutto, da accappatoi morbidissimi a letti comodi, piscina favolosa, cena e colazione da urlo. La cena berbera appositamente per noi nel bivacco in mezzo alle dune perfetto in tutto. Le escursioni organizzate con precisione, la disponibilità del personale, la discrezione... Tutto ha reso questo soggiorno un sogno. Grazie

Il Sunrise è semplicemente un’esperienza da fare se si va a Merzouga. Io e mio marito siamo stati con una coppia di amici e all’inizio noi dovevamo soggiornare in un altro posto. Youssef, il proprietario, che parla perfettamente italiano ci ha accolti e aiutati visto che l’altro posto che avevamo prenotato era uno scam! Ci eravamo illusi di soggiornare nelle tende in mezzo al deserto e fare un’esperienza “autentica” ma il camp che avevamo prenotato non era nemmeno gestito da una proprietà marocchina. Il Sunrise è l’esperienza più autentica che possiate fare: è proprio di fronte alle grandi dune di Erg-Chebbi, l’hotel è stupendo, profumato, accogliente la piscina grande e necessaria dopo le attività nel deserto. La cena e la colazione sono state ottime e di alta qualità. La sera sia stati poi sul tetto dell’hotel a vedere le stelle ed è stata un’esperienza unica. Insomma, il Sunrise è veramente unico nel suo genere! Fatevi il regalo di trascorrerci almeno una notte se capitate lì e vi auguro di avere la fortuna di conoscere Youssef!

Siamo stati 2 notti in questa struttura, probabilmente la più bella della zona. È di recente costruzione e ogni dettaglio è curato con gusto e attenzione. L’acqua della piscina è fresca e pulita. I pasti sono ottimi e vari. Il personale attento e disponibile. Si occupano anche di organizzare le escursioni (gite al tramonto o all’alba con quad o dromedario, tour di mezza giornata in jeep con guida per visitare i villaggi e i punti di interesse della sona (miniera, oasi, ecc). Il proprietario una persona competente, disponibile e di cuore. Affidarsi a Youssef è stata la scelta giusta!

L'hotel è ubicato in un posto meraviglioso. L'arredamento è molto curato con oggetti dell'artigianato locale. Le stanze ampie, accoglienti e pulite. Il proprietario Youssef molto gentile. Ottimo anche il menù della cena e la colazione.

Hemos ido un grupo de 8 personas delos cuales 4 eran jóvenes de entre 22 y 16 años y ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. El hotel nos ha encantado. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y el personal te hace sentir como en casa. Hemos hecho varias actividades: paseo en dromedario, quads, visita a nómadas ... Una noche tocaron música por la noche y fue alucinante. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias y la piscina genial. 100 por 100 RECOMENDABLE. Esperamos volver.

Where do I even begin? This place has made quite an impression on me for many different reasons: the location, decor, food, facilities, amenities, and most of all the top-notch service we received from the staff. Not only did we receive exceptional service but was made to feel like family and that’s very special. We also got to meet the owner Youssef, heard his personal journey to making his dream a realization, and you can feel his passion for building Sunrise Palace, and his passion radiates through the property and the dedication of his staff. Sunrise Palace is is situated at the edge of the desert (literally their backyard) with a minimalist Moroccan desert chic decor, sprinkled with cozy indoor and outdoor lounge and dining spaces, a lovely outdoor pool, and a wonderful scent, all-in-all, this place gives off a charming idyllic vibe, and now is one of my favorite places I’ve visited. The room we got was very spacious and had a pool and desert view, so lovely! Loved the water pressure in the shower too. We enjoyed all the meals we had at Sunrise Palace, breakfast, lunch, and dinners and they made my favorite bread, Msemen, so well…yum (compliments to the chef!). Moha and his staff did a great job of anticipating our plans and needs too, so everything was easy and seamless for us. Moha arranged a memorable sunset camel ride for us, set out towels and sun hats when we mentioned that we may just spend the day relaxing by the pool, and played drums and sang around a bonfire - this was such a a treat! Hoping I can go back to this magical place again and definitely highly recommend Sunrise Palace to anyone staying in the Merzouga area.

Sunrise Palace was amazing! My family and I stayed here for just one night but I wish it could have been longer. They provided a beautiful lunch for us on really short notice. We also took quad bikes out onto Erg Chebbi for a sunset ride and the service and tour guide were amazing. The staff, especially Moha and Moha Hami, were really responsive to our needs and were great company. They also performed Berber music for us in the evening. The customer service at Sunrise Palace can only be rivalled by the beautiful interiors and the gorgeous sand dunes. Truly couldn’t recommend a hotel more

This hotel is easily one of my favourites ever. Lovely interiors, tasteful decor, amazing hospitality, perfect location! It’s right at the edge of the Erg Chebbi desert. Youssef is a lovely host. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back. 10/10 recommended for anyone wanting to visit erg Chebbi, merzouga. Amazing value for money
