We stayed in group for a week. After a while you are like family with the hotel staff. There are about 15 employees and 15 are respectful of the refugee. Customer satisfaction is on the forefront. A nice hotel, towels are changed every day. It was completed immediately when something was missing.The breakfast was of quality, from honey to butter, cheese, olive varieties, cereal varieties, beans, and the ceiling to a special breakfast, until the eggs. When the day starts with a beautiful breakfast, you don't want to eat lunch. You have the possibility of renting a car in the hotel. Therefore you can go to districts like Kemaliye. When we stayed in group, they made a discount on the price. A reliable, clean, quality hotel. We all have been very happy with our friends.

The hotel is walking distance from Erzincan train station - it is located in the heart of the city. The room was really spacious, so was the bathroom. I had two beds in my room, wifi was working good as well. Breakfast was delicious. The girl at the reception was super friendly and always ready to help.
