No slippers and robes are provided. Room service never comes to clean rooms unless you ask at the front desk. Breakfast is very bad. Pancakes were hard, bananas were soiled, waffles were too sweet, not much variety as well. Staff is helpful. Only good thing is the location.

It was pleasant & peaceful stay.

In town for a sad occasion , a memorial service for a close friend. The evening desk staff person, Tigist, was outstanding in all ways! Her welcome was warm. While accomplishing all the checkin tasks efficiently, she offered kind sympathy and took time to invite us to share our story. Roger, the daytime desk person, was another welcoming efficient person. He quickly responded to any needs, including assuring us that we were welcome to relax in the (very nice) lobby lounge and that our car could remain parked free of charge until 5p. Checkout is 11am. Also breakfast is a hot and delicious buffet while real plates and silverware. There is an upcharge for it but is actually worth the price.

Nice hotel

The only hotel I encountered in the United States that I agreed to check in at around 10 a.m. and upgraded me to a suite for free. The room was great and the attitude of the front desk staff was also very good. The only regret is that breakfast is not included.

The location is good and you can walk to the surrounding restaurants, libraries, supermarkets and leisure. There is a microwave and coffee machine in the room, and the breakfast is rich. There are snacks on the first floor. There is a laundry room on the eleventh floor, a computer workstation for self-printing, a swimming pool in the gym

The equipment is old and the trains in some directions are noisy.

Very close to Northwestern University, convenient for travel

Very convenient around the hotel, you can easily apply for phone cards, bus cards, shopping and eating out. The breakfast that comes with the hotel is very good! It's just that friends from China may have to get used to it. There is no electric kettle and slippers in the house.

Let me talk about the advantages first: the location is great, 3-5 minutes walk from the center of Evanston, there are breakfast shops around, it is very convenient for lunch and dinner, and it only takes about five minutes to go shopping to target. It's a little walk from the subway, about 7-8 minutes. The neighborhood is very safe and there are no security risks at all. The service staff of the hotel are also very friendly, and they have no bad attitude towards Chinese people. On the contrary, they will provide help when we need it. The disadvantage is: the hotel is relatively old, and the corridor carpet is very old. The sound of the subway can be heard outside the window. But overall I find it acceptable.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is in the center of evanston. It is very convenient to go to any restaurant to eat. There is a microwave in the room. You can go to the supermarket to buy breakfast. You can eat it after heating it in the microwave in the morning. It is a great bonus. It happened to be snowing when I checked in, and I could see the snow outside from the room, which was beautiful. The hotel is also very close to the lake, just a few blocks away, and you can go there to watch the lake during the day. I think going to Evanston, it's a good choice.
