The approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

El hotel tiene un diseño espectacular. El hotel superó mis expectativas. Los alrededores del hotel se disfrutan tanto o más que el hotel, el lago, los caminos y todos los puntos que tiene el hotel en la zona para disfrutarlo. El personal se sabia mi nombre al poco de hacer el check in. fantásticos todos Evora está a unos minutos, no lo conocía y por supuesto hay que ir y pasar un día para conocerla y disfrutar de sus calles y ambiente.

O Hotel tem um espaço exterior fantástico. É ideal para relaxar e aproveitar a natureza, mantendo o conforto desejado. Quartos bem equipados e extremamente limpos. Existe o cuidado de agradar aos hóspedes com pequenos pormenores e ofertas e a equipa da receção é muito atenciosa na partilha de pequenos detalhes. Garantidamente um local a revisitar.

It is difficult to fault this extremely well thought out hotel. Every detail required as a new family of a 3 month baby girl was catered to. They prepped our room with all the toiletries towels and a cot we needed for baby and set up a shaded area outdoors with abacus and pillows for guests with children which I used daily for baby’s naps. The staff go above and beyond, the facilities are so incredible, the food amazing and the scenery wonderful. For a relaxing getaway whilst pregnant or with small children/babies it really does cater to providing a tranquil, serene atmosphere in which to enjoy your down time. The housekeeping staff are lovely and keep everything spotless and the amenities of the rooms are great. We shall be coming back throughout the year to experience it during different seasons as they have an outdoor fire pit nook we would love to experience in winter. As a previous Octant Douro customer on several occasions we must say well done Octant hotels for creating this beautiful concept in hotel experience.

Só aspetos positivos a destacar, o staff é maravilhoso e muito atencioso, as áreas do hotel muito bem organizadas, cuidadas e limpas. Recomendo as piscinas de contemplação, o passeio de bicicleta pelo espaço exterior até à barragem, a visita à quintinha para ver os animais. Refeições excelentes e bem confecionadas. Adoramos tudo e vamos voltar

Foi como senti-me em casa, fora de casa. O staff é maravilhoso, de uma simpatia acima da média sempre prontos pra ajudar. O hotel é composto para várias áreas todas muito cuidadas e limpas, bem pensadas para o propósito de uso que cada uma tem. No nosso caso visitamos o hotel em família, e a experiência foi a melhor que já tivemos, desde o kids club, a todas as actividades disponíveis para entreter os mais novos, quintinha, passeios, bicicletas, a barragem, etc... foi espectacular! Garantidamente um local onde iremos voltar várias vezes.
