Estoy muy decepcionada por la falta de respuesta del grupo Pestana y sobre todo del hotel Pousada de Loios (Évora), ante un problema de cobro por una reserva cancelada por enfermedad. Pese a que seguí todos los pasos indicados para la anulación y la reclamación, el cargo sigue reflejado en mi cuenta, y después de varios intentos de contacto, aún no he recibido ninguna respuesta ni solución. La falta de comunicación y la aparente indiferencia ante mi solicitud demuestra una clara falta de compromiso con el cliente. Esta experiencia me hace dudar seriamente en volver a confiar en este grupo hotelero y definitivamente desalentaría a otros a reservar aquí si esperan un servicio confiable y transparente. Estou muito decepcionada com a falta de resposta do hotel de um problema de cobrança por uma reserva cancelada. A pesar de ter seguido todos os passos indicados para o cancelamento, o valor ainda está sendo cobradora na minha conta, e após varias tentativas de contacto, ainda não recebi nenhuma resposta ou solução. A falta de comunicação e a aparente indiferença em relação à minha solicitação demonstram uma clara falta de compromisso com o cliente. Essa experiência me faz questionar seriamente se posso confiar nesse grupo novamente e, com certeza, desaconselharia outros a reservarem aqui se esperam um serviço confiável e transparente.

Estive na Pousada Convento de Évora a jantar. Foi, sem dúvida, um dos piores jantares que tive em toda a minha vida. A comida péssima, foi servida fria, sem qualidade. Desde a entrada, ao prato principal e à sobremesa, terrível. Ia com alguma expectativa por se tratar de uma pousada, mas desde o local onde foi servido o jantar, junto aos claustros mas num corredor, mal cabíamos na mesa, à confeção da refeição, foi tudo muito mau.

With my family I booked a room in the Pousada Convento Évora. The “cel” n 4 was supposed to be a superior/suite room but unfortunately it was an overestimated definition…the carpet was dirty, the air conditioning was loud and full of mold, the room window (restaurant side) was broken and it wasn’t possible to be closed. The swimming pool was dirty ( I was not able to see my foot on the bottom of the pool…). After checking out we asked for some help with our luggages, our car was in the hotel parking but the concierge, instead of offering us some help, suggested us to drive the car to the front of the hotel…she didn’t say that the we would have to drive the car trough the narrow streets around all town (I damaged the car in one of those streets). I’m totally disappointed for the low care received in this kind of “high level structure”

Beautiful historic charming hotel and fantastic location; right in the middle of the historic centre. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. Very peaceful environment and also very clean. Loved staying at this hotel and definitely will stay there again in the future !

THE place to stay in Evora! Evora has several nice places to stay but you would not stay any other place than this fabulous Pousada. A converted monastery with at great feel to it, smack in the middle of this charming university town. The staff is supernice and knowledgable - and will direct you to one of many great monuments, churches and interesting places to visit. The cells are very cute and adoringly decorated. The suites are out of this world. Just do it!
