The hotel was ok, the wifi was down and they could not confirm the when it will be up. As my colleagues was there for business trip and wifi was a must.

Too adamant and uncooperative Staff
The front office staff is not courteous, and their processes vary from person to person. They refuse to apply GST at check-in, claiming it will be done at checkout. However, the checkout team insists it should have been done by the check-in team. They are too adamant and uncooperative.

We stayed for 1 night. The facilities were good. Apart from hot water in bathroom, we were fine with all requirements. Food for breakfast was good.

There is a not worth of money to stay in this hotel. They even don’t provide basis thing like soap, hand towel & toothpaste. Apart from it, restaurant is also not good, food was not tasty, no service& very limited food variety. Check out forged signed by the hotel staff in the register although i am in the hotel.

Disappointed to say the least. The following are of special concern:
1) very small rooms. 2) single towel
3) very poor breakfast and dinner buffet, in terms of the quality of food and the number of items 4) shockingly poor wi-fi. In today's age and time this is ridiculous
