Very nice, clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Pleasant staff. Only advice is that swim caps are required for pool. Would stay here again. Rooms were very comfortable. Bathroom is huge and comfotable. TV is a little far from bed. Fabulous hotel, glad we stayed here.

Hotel molto vicino al Santuario, infatti è possibile raggiungerlo a piedi in 5/10 minuti. Camera spaziosa dotata di accappatoi e ciabatte x utilizzare la Spa inclusa nel prezzo. Colazione abbondante e varia con presenza di prodotti locali, come il miele che colava direttamente dall'arnia.

Unfortunately there are very few adjustments for customers with disabilities here. I was given misleading information whilst booking which made it stressful on arrival. When trying to find an accessible room I was told there was low availability (they have 2 rooms for disabled people in the whole hotel) and also an extra charge on top of that to use the room, which felt like a tax for being disabled. The pool doesn't have graduated steps so I couldn't use that either. You're only allowed to use for an hour and have to pre-book. I wouldn't stay here if you have a disability.

Um dos bons Hotéis em Portugal. Localização ótima. Um bom parque de estacionamento. Muito sossegado e super limpo. Staff super profissional e simpático. Restaurante excelente, e um pequeno almoço do melhor que conheço. Preço de acordo com o serviço prestado.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a modern look. The room was good, big and clean. Good quality breakfast with good variety. The pool was also good and we liked it. It also includes a nice and small park for kids to play. Free parking at the hotel. You can reach the sanctuary with a quick walk.

Our hotel of choice on our visits to the Sanctuary of Fátima. Good location, comfort, spacious and clean rooms. Good Spa, which makes the stay even more relaxing. Outdoor and indoor parking. Wonderful breakfast. Suggestion: Put check-in and check-out back at 2:00 pm and 12:00 pm, I confess that I didn't like hearing your updates in this field, namely removing 2 hours from the customer's stay, that is, check-in to 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. In short, a good quality hotel that I highly recommend 👌
