Fenghuang Hotels with Wi-Fi

The hotel is antique and the service is warm and thoughtful. The location is between Lover's Bridge and Snow Bridge. After Lover's Bridge is the north gate of the ancient city, which is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel also upgraded us to a river view room. When we opened the balcony door, we could sit on the small swing and enjoy the river view at night. It was so comfortable! It took 3-5 minutes to walk to the Liwan parking lot. The housekeeper Xiaotian and his brother came to the parking lot to pick us up and dropped us off at the parking lot when we left. You can choose your own breakfast the day before, and it will be delivered to the room at the agreed time the next morning. The special steamed rice, rice noodles, milk, eggs, cakes and fruits are all very good! I also gave a local specialty ginger candy as a gift when I left the store, thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The Hotel's管家，莉莉，welcome us warmly when we reached the hotel. She helped us to book the hotel transfer from the train station before our arrival. She upgraded our room to a very beautiful one bedroom suite. The suite is well decorated, clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. The hotel even provide free transport to and from the ancient town scenic area. 莉莉 will help to co-ordinate for us. When we check out of the hotel, they even give us local snacks as gift. My husband and I really had a v good time staying at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is nice, it’s close to everything but not quite in the midst of all the loud bars and restaurants. The rooms themselves were fine, although the walls were a bit dirty, and much of the tile could have used more caulking. The entire counter of our sink moved if bumped. Also, there was something not quite right with our shower head. However, the bed was comfortable and you can’t just beat the view from the balcony. The owner was helpful when I took the initiative to add them on wechat as well. They gave us recommendations for food and advised us on where to do the river boat ride. Overall, a fine place to stay for a night in Fenghuang.

Highly recommended to everyone! The hotel is located in the lower reaches of Fenghuang Ancient City. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The room is very clean, fashionable and not noisy. You can see the night view on both sides from the room! Very beautiful🤩! It is the best choice for couples and family travel. The boss and staff have good attitudes, good service, and are very patient. Our suitcases were left at the hotel in front, and the front desk and driver quickly helped us solve the problem! It is really good news for us to encounter such a good hotel when we go out for fun!

Having stayed all the way from Guiyang, this is the most satisfactory room for this trip; although it is on the mountain, the quilt is not damp. Except for the average breakfast, everything else is very satisfactory. The housekeeper came to pick us up at the square. Because we had two boxes, two housekeepers came and gave us a welcome fruit plate. It was a great stay. The location and room facilities should be the best in the ancient city scenic area, and the price/performance ratio is very high. !

The room is clean, the service attitude is very good and enthusiastic, and the waiters are smiling. The hotel is large in scale and has a phoenix-shaped appearance, which is very distinctive. Very close to the ancient city. Fruits are also given. Great breakfast. If I have the chance to come back in the future, I will stay at the Phoenix International Hotel.

The accommodation experience is great, and the two cats in the B&B are also very cute! The room was also very clean and the location was good. And the boss is super nice! ! ! We caught the 8:30 high-speed train this morning and asked the boss how to take the special bus to Fenghuang Ancient City High-speed Railway Station. After the boss told us, he said if you don’t know the way, I will take you there. Then he took us there at around 7 o'clock. When buying the tickets, he asked the sister to hurry up. We were worried that we might not be able to catch the bus in time. I’m really touched. Thank you boss! !

The hotel has parking outside, but it is only short term. They want you to park in a parking lot 1.5 km away, which is not that convenient. The hotel is just up the hill from the main area where the singer and light show is on the river, which is handy. You can also truly get a room with a view. The room was basic, with a hard bed and ok bathroom. Not a lot for the money, but Fenghuang is not a place to find good value. The wall was very thin, and all the TV noise from next door came through, which was annoying. The common areas and lift were very dirty, and overall, it did not feel like a high class of hotel.

Fantastic room! So big and spacious, with all the features you could want. Jacuzzi was relaxing, and the a/c worked wonderfully. The staff were so nice and helpful, and made check in a very smooth process. Just note, you do have to walk a bit through the town to get to it, so with suitcases it can be a bit burdensome, but the owner can help you with how to find the hotel if you ask! Would stay again for sure!

The location is very good, very close to the ancient city of Fenghuang. The transportation is very convenient. The hotel is grand, the environment is very good, and the scenery is beautiful. The front desk upgraded the room type when I checked in, and gave me free breakfast. It feels very warm, and it is worth recommending!
