The hotel uses a lot of smart devices, but the smart toilet is overly sensitive (the toilet often opens and closes automatically when I move around, which often scares me), and the details still need to be polished.
Of course, if you need to live nearby because of its convenient location, then this hotel should still be the most suitable choice (the hardware is always newer).

The hotel is very good, close to the Bijiang District Court, convenient to travel, the surrounding environment is very good, relatively quiet, the room is spacious, the decoration is simple Nordic style, the hygiene is very clean, the shampoo shower gel is very good, the mouthwash cup and the tea cup are all disposable paper cups. The first time I saw a building that gathered all the hotels. The elevator entrance is full of hotel advertisements. See the elevator that is most advertised. The hotel is very simple, the bathroom and toilet are very small, the bath is inconvenient, and the sanitary conditions are poor. The sewer also smells back. The noise of the air water heater on the roof of the room may be explained to the customer in advance. I hope to improve it next time. There are still people making loud noises at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night on the seventh floor. It may be tourists during May Day. The stay experience is really good. It is really convenient for passengers arriving in Tongren late at night. After booking, I received a text message from Ctrip and contacted the hotel by phone. The front desk staff is responsible, check-in is also very fast, the room is clean and hygienic, the suite is comfortable, the windows are open for fresh air, and the price-performance ratio is high. I have already added this hotel to my bookmarks. I hope the boss’s business will get better and better.

The rooms were impeccably clean, undoubtedly the best we encountered during our three weeks of travel in China. The attention to cleanliness and comfort was evident, making our stay truly enjoyable.

One of the standout moments was the boss's strategic travel advice regarding our journey to Xian. He wisely suggested an alternative route, advising us to take a train to Changsha and then a flight to Xian, saving us from the potentially high costs of high-speed train tickets. It was already after 7pm when we arrived, and it was raining heavily, but two people from the store still came to pick us up. They also took the initiative to introduce the folk customs and geographical features of the ancient city along the way. Warmth and touching are the wonderful memories left to me by the store. impression. In the early morning, looking out from the balcony of the room, I seemed to see the extremely beautiful scenery of ”Waiting for a City of Misty Rain”. It is said that this city has long lost its original charm, but the charm is ultimately accumulated by history and nourished by humanities. If you expect too much, you may be disappointed. But if you are indifferent, calm down and lower yourself, maybe it can give you back the ”love of a lifetime” that will be engraved in your memories after this brief encounter. Goodbye, Fenghuang Ancient City is different in different people's eyes; Goodbye, the simple and gentle shop. If we meet again by chance, I hope we meet again.

AAlejandro Ch.This boutique hotel is run by really nice and helpful people. We arrived around 9:00pm to the high speed railway station and there were no taxis or Didi available. We took the direct bus from the station to Qifeng Square which was a 7min walk from Hongqiao bridge and they went to pick us up to Qifeng square to help with our luggage (by foot of course, it’s basically a pedestrian area) ☺️. They were also kind enough to drop us off again to Qifeng square and helped with the bus tickets. Awesome customer service.
The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything, the balcony was a highlight. Maybe cleanliness could be improved, and some things like the bathroom carpet should be replaced. But that’s it.
Oh, there’s also this thing: while Fenghuang town is beautiful at night, it’s basically a party town when the sun sets. There’s a bar opposite to the hotel as other comments point out, but that’s not the only bar in the area. Wherever you walk along the river you will find a bar blasting music. Such a beautiful town ruined at night by bad local government regulations. If you like to sleep before 11:30pm (when music stops), maybe stay somewhere far away from the river. If sleeping late is okay for you, then this hotel works perfectly for the night.

AAnonymous UserWe went there as a family of 4. We originally booked a room with one double bed and two single beds but once there, they gave us a free upgrade to a room with three double beds. The staff was very attentive during our check-in and gave us a detailed run down of where to visit and gave suggestions on the best route to explore the area. The restaurant opposite the hotel which the staff recommended was also quite delicious.
The room itself is generally clean, but our room had some areas with cracked flooring. And although we booked a room for four people. The slippers, toothbrushes, water etc all came in threes. There was a lack of power outlets in one room while the other had more than enough which is a bit odd.
We went in late December, which is considered as off-season for this area so there weren't many other tourists.
Another complaint to make is some staff can be found smoking in the reception lobby. This is probably a cultural thing and not an issue with this hotel in particular because locals here smoke everywhere.
The staff was also able to help arrange a car to drop us off at the high speed train station for 50 yuan. Overall, the location is not far off from the attractions (~15-20 minutes walk), clean, and had friendly helpful staff.

CcooltravellerThe hotel is located at the bank of Tuo Jiang river, about 100 m from Hongqiao bridge. In the case confusing about the direction, just call the hotel after alight from the car/taxi on the Hongqiao bridge and they would be happily to pick you up. We didn't have any problem to find the hotel ourselves since we are quite familiar using Baidu Map and the hotel location quite precise on Baidu Map.
Just like any other hotels with Diaojiaolou (Hanging Building) style in Fenghuang Ancient City, the hotel lobby is very small since the use of space is very important for them. However, the room that we stayed was quite spacious and clean with the balcony facing Tuo Jiang river. The owner was very generous to upgrade our room to Double King Bed (2 beds of size 180x200cm. The beds are comfy. The room comes with Chinese Style Tea Making Set on the balcony so we can relax enjoying the view of the river while sipping cups of tea. The waterflow at the shower was strong and the hot water worked well.
The owner was very friendly and attentive. She gave us the late checkout since our train leaving Fenghuang was late in the afternoon. Very recommended to stay here.

GGuest UserThe room we booked was a twin room with river view and balcony. It is at Nanhua Gate and can be reached by taxi, which is very convenient. The B&B has an elevator, which is very convenient for picking up luggage. My parents were very happy to see the beautiful Fenghuang River view. The balcony is very spacious, with a hammock, coffee table and a chair. The scenery is very nice. The boss has a very nice family. My dad’s legs and feet are not very convenient, so the boss helped to carry it. They are very kind and enthusiastic people. The ancient city of Fenghuang is very beautiful. When I was a child, I was fascinated by the weather broadcast on Hunan TV. Especially the night view of Fenghuang is well-deserved. We walked around twice during the day and at night. They were both beautiful. We also took photos of the Miao ethnic minority and ate shrimp cakes. And Cuicui Miao Cake, mom and dad are very happy~
