Regarding your feedback: This is the worst experience I have had in Vienna among so many cities. The room is very stuffy. The person who called me told me that they have central air conditioning and cannot turn it on. They told me that some customers are afraid of cold. Then I would like to ask, aren't we customers? I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't even have air conditioning. They said they would send me a fan. The service is really getting worse. 1. Because it is a central air conditioner, only one of the cold and hot can be turned on. Considering that the temperature is low at night these two nights, the heating is turned on now. 2. The hotel will conduct service skills training every week, and one-on-one teaching and customer service will be provided for new employees.
