What was completely disappointing was the weak competence of the girls at the reception, who did not solve a single issue. But what was disappointing was the outright rudeness of the GULAY employee, who openly spoke rudely and snapped. When I asked to find out where the ferry from Fethiye leaves from and to order a transfer, she told me that this was not her job description. I don't even know what her job description is then. It seems to me that such an unqualified employee has no place in a five-star hotel. Clients pay for a five-star hotel to receive service, not rudeness. Here the employee sits talking on the phone, ignoring me completely, although there is no one at the reception.
