"I had a room with a jacuzzi overlooking the mountains and the sea. It was an absolutely stunning experience! I couldn't get enough of the view. Simply incredible! The bathroom was spacious, the room had plenty of space, a huge bed, and lots of storage for clothes (both a wardrobe and horizontal shelving), plus a fridge. The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable. The room wasn't meticulously maintained, a little untidy, but for the price, it was completely worth it for the amazing experience!"

"Peaceful in the night. You can catch mini bus right beside the hotel so you can get to the beach easily. Center center is in walking distance. But there’s no crossroads which was seemed bit dangerous to walk around."

"I must praise The pearl hotel without reservation, thank you very much for being very lucky. 1. The environment is beautiful and the green plants in the hotel are very nice. Our room is on the first floor, the balcony is connected to the hotel's swimming pool, and the pool water is clear and cool. There are two lounge chairs on the balcony, where you can enjoy a cool drink at night. 2. We had a dinner at the hotel, unexpectedly suiting our appetite and the amount was very good. The cocktails are also great, nice and delicious. 3. The young man at the front desk of the hotel, Feyzo, was very nice. When I was worried about the safety of paragliding, he patiently helped to ask the tourists who had experienced it before, which made me feel at ease [laughing]. Finally, I like Fetsiye too much. The scenery is beautiful and the beach water is green, which is rare to see. People here are very warm and friendly."

"The location is good, next to everything but quiet. Clean is normal, but the number itself is tired strong, as in general and everything in this price category in Oludenis, so it seems like so for itself. Good pool and cheeslongies, adequate at prices bar. The people are good at the bar and the bar, but the truth at the request of the late checkout was thrown out a wild price. But it is simply decided by the presence of a shower, toilet and dressing room. From the downsides the number is tired and the pillows are terrible, one was stone, the other in the comics"

"Fethiye is a wonderful city, and this is a lovely hotel with a delicious breakfast. Without exception, all the staff are focused on making guests as comfortable as possible. There's a regular bus stop just a four-minute walk away, which takes you to the city center for a stroll through the clean and well-maintained streets. From that same bus stop, you can also get to the Blue Lagoon in Ölüdeniz, the cable car up Babadağ mountain, and the former Greek town of Kayaköy. This town was abandoned by its local population during a forced exchange with the Turks to avoid another genocide. This 'ghost town' has stood for over 100 years, and they kindly charge 160 Lira for entry. To catch the 7:30 AM bus to Antalya from Fethiye station, I walked 20 minutes to the first morning bus at 6:54 AM, which runs on a parallel street to the nearest bus stop."

"Over priced even for a convenient location because here is really loud pumping music esp over the weekends. My toilet button kept on falling off. The staff however was quite helpful and very responsive. Just the hotel location is not soo good due to the loud music. I recently stayed at Liberty Lykia Adults Only, and the experience exceeded all expectations. This is the adult-only section of the larger Liberty Lykia resort, and although both sections share the same vast territory and facilities, the Adults Only zone offers a much more serene and premium atmosphere.
✅ Rooms: The rooms in the Adults Only area are significantly larger and designed with comfort and privacy in mind. Perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for peace and quiet.
✅ All-Inclusive Dining: The quality of the food was fantastic — from generous buffet spreads to à la carte options, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Drinks and snacks are available throughout the day.
✅ Shared Facilities: You still have access to the main Liberty Lykia resort, which includes multiple pools, beach areas, and entertainment zones — but you return to a peaceful adult-only space.
✅ Greenery & Space: The resort is surrounded by lush pine trees and beautifully maintained gardens. It really feels like a nature retreat by the sea.
✅ Perfect Value: The price difference between the family and adults-only areas is minimal, but the experience is vastly different — much quieter, more exclusive, and better suited for true relaxation.

I recently stayed at XO Cape in Fethiye. While the hotel has immense potential and some fantastic highlights, the overall experience fell short of a true luxury getaway, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5-star rating.
### The Good: Rooms, Grounds, and Dining
On the positive side, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing.
### The Bad: Service and Value for Money
Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service.
＞ **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. All appliances are in excellent working order, washing machine powder and dishwasher detergent were provided.
Air conditioners in each room work perfectly and are quiet.
The plumbing is like new, the shower has excellent pressure at any time of day, and there's no shortage of hot water.
Our room was on the ground floor with its own small terrace surrounded by greenery, so you can't be seen from the outside.
Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't worry if your flight is late; they'll be waiting for you.
The hotel's location is excellent: the beach is a leisurely 10-minute walk away, a dolmush stop is nearby, and the city center is 30 minutes away. The Migros supermarket next door is open until 11:00 PM, and across the street is the Makrocenter supermarket (which has a better selection than Migros). The hotel is located on a quiet street, so there's no noise at night. The only downside is that swimming in the pool is prohibited after 8:00 PM, which is strange, as the pool is nice and new with night lighting, so perhaps that's the norm.

We wanted to thank Mizer, the manager, who helped us find the missing suitcase. A very professional employee! What was completely disappointing was the weak competence of the girls at the reception, who did not solve a single issue. But what was disappointing was the outright rudeness of the GULAY employee, who openly spoke rudely and snapped. When I asked to find out where the ferry from Fethiye leaves from and to order a transfer, she told me that this was not her job description. I don't even know what her job description is then. It seems to me that such an unqualified employee has no place in a five-star hotel. Clients pay for a five-star hotel to receive service, not rudeness. Here the employee sits talking on the phone, ignoring me completely, although there is no one at the reception.

GGuest UserI was staying here for two nights. On the last day when I left the hotel, the experience was not good with the breakfast. I was sitting there and waiting for at least 17 minutes and still was not served, the staff walked and passed around me at least 10 times and no one even brought me a menu list. At the end I just had to go to bar and asked the staff for making me an order. I understand that maybe it was a rush hour at 08:50 am. I would not say any single word if anyone could only bring me at least a menu list. I am not sure if this is the standard of Roome hotel.
The hotel itself has clean rooms and facilities. Good value for money.

SShawnThis hotel is amazing! In terms of transportation, it is next to the bus station, and there is also a supermarket and ice cream shop, which is very convenient. The hotel has all kinds of facilities, including washing machines, kitchens, and swimming pools. You can really relax in the hotel for the whole day. The boss was also very friendly and helped us solve many problems. This hotel is worth staying in again next time!

AAichixiguadebeibeiThe hotel is 13 kilometers away from Fethiye Passenger Transport Center. There are buses for 48 liras during the day and taxis for 490 liras at night. The room is quite satisfactory. After all, the advantage is not the room. The shower water flow is small. The view is very good. You can see the sea from the window. There is also a small terrace which is very comfortable. The breakfast is more Western. There may not be many Chinese tourists, but you can still eat enough. It is very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. You can also leave your luggage at the beach to play after checking out.

The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.

AAlex1982Nice small hotel on the seashore, 1st line. There is no private beach, it is a public one with paid sunbeds. The hotel is mainly visited by foreigners. The rooms are clean, bright, with a good view of the sea. The hotel has its own restaurant with good food and service. Although the hotel is on the 1st line on the embankment, it is quiet at night, because... Fethiye itself is a retirement resort.
Breakfast is good and filling.
