WWeisiliThe hotel's location is excellent, right on the town's main street, and it's just a 200-meter walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage. The environment and hygiene were also good. I initially booked for one night but extended for another, including dinner, which was surprisingly good. For less than 200 RMB extra, we had a fantastic dinner for two. The hotel also has its own small swimming pool.

GGuest UserThis is my second visit to the Juglans Suites Hotel. European-style architecture, elegant design details and room amenities will make your stay comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, who must provide a high level of service. Unfortunately, the trend is not changing for the better right now. Last time, everything with manager Halil was resolved on a positive note and very quickly. The attention, tact and care with which he treated each client can only be given as an example. He was the soul of this hotel, but unfortunately, he is not working there now. With his attitude to work, he increased the sales of the hotel, such employees are worth appreciating! Now there is no welcome plate with fruits, the pool is not heated, there are no sun loungers on the beach (last year there were), the announced transfer is not provided (for a fee), room cleaning is carried out only on request, but no more than once every 3 days, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired (floors are not washed, detergents funds are not added, bed linen is not changed). If you are coming for a long time, take care of a kitchen towel, rags, tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. In any case, if you accept and take into account the disadvantages, your stay will be comfortable. I recommend that you stop.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved this charming hotel! Conveniently located near the main road, surrounded by a beautiful green garden.
Our room was small but stylish, spotless and cozy, with natural materials, twin beds, slippers, a hairdryer and a lovely garden view. There’s even a place to dry clothes after hiking.
The highlight was the gorgeous dining terrace, where complimentary tea and coffee are available all day. Enjoying Turkish tea from a samovar with fresh herbs after a long hike was pure bliss!
Breakfast was delicious and beautifully served, with eggs cooked to order. Dinner portions were huge, pices are reasonable and Anastasia’s homemade cheesecake was fantastic!
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Special thanks to Anastasia, who speaks Russian and helped us with everything.
A wonderful combination of comfort, nature, great food and genuine hospitality. Peaceful, welcoming and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserSuch a cute small hotel! Spacious clean rooms with balconies, a small garden on the backside and a sunny terrace upstairs. The location is perfect - there is a big mall in a 5 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants and cafes. Famous tombs of Temlossos are also in 15 min walk. The breakfast is not so various, but all the food is fresh and delicious. And the most treasures is the stuff! Just everyone here - maids, hostesses cooks and the owner - were friendly and very helpful, and treated us as we were family members, with love and care. Next time in Fethiye we'll come back here for sure )
Прекрасный небольшой отельчик, просторны чистые номера с балконами, есть небольшой садик и терасса наверху. Расположение идеальное - в 5 минутах большой ТЦ, много ресторанов и кофеен. В 15 минутах пешком - знаменитые гробницы! Завтрак не супер-роскошный, но все вкусно. А самое приятное - это персонал! Абсолютно все сотрудники отеля - повара, горничные администраторы и сама хозяйка отеля - приветливы, готовы помочь и вообще отнеслись к нам как родственникам, с любовью и заботой. Если доведется еще раз быть в Фетхие - с удовольствием вернемся сюда!

GGuest UserThis hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view.
Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell.
After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

LLidiia KMy mother was staying in a separate room upstairs, she liked it though it was too high for 72-year-old. There was everything for cooking and we all loved her terrace. Room was small but comfy. AC wasn’t working, but staff were kind to fix it (together with the socket). Smell inside was funny, but we had a good sleep no matter what. Cats were attacking her door for couple of times)))

GGuest UserThe hotel is new, professionally designed, well-thought-out, sturdy, and comfortable, with an excellent location. You're just half a block away from the heart of the old town.
All around, you'll find restaurants, shops, cafes, and music. If you're traveling by car, you'll have to park not far from the hotel. It felt like the navigation immediately led us to a parking lot, almost like a hospital. Try not to park too deep in the lot, as it gets incredibly crowded in the morning, and leaving before noon or the end of the workday simply isn't an option. We waited until 1:30 PM, and even then, kind people had to help us out.
There was a slight misunderstanding with the payment at the hotel. The app charged us, but the hotel demanded payment again, which we hadn't quite anticipated. The administrator at the front desk didn't explain it very politely, but oh well, we forgot about it.
The hotel itself is so pleasant that we immediately overlooked that incident. In the morning, we were one minute late for breakfast, arriving at 10:01 AM. When the restaurant staff threw up their hands, basically saying, ”That's it... goodbye...” it was very unpleasant. We stood outside for a few minutes, processing what happened (it's clear they are very strict about timing here, but still, it's not like we're at a bank 🤥). I decided to go to the reception desk and ask if they would still feed us. The guy looked at his watch, it was 10:03 AM, quickly went to the restaurant, said a few words, and then the waiters immediately started bustling and smiling, whereas before they had flat-out refused to serve us.
The breakfast was very hearty, thank you! Despite these little quirks, I would definitely return to this hotel a second time.

SSanmanyoukeThe hotel boasts an excellent location, close to the beach and right next to a fish market, making dining very convenient. The breakfast set menu was sufficient, but the limited options were a drawback compared to a buffet. The hotel facilities and services were generally good. The main issue was the loud music event downstairs every night, with a strong beat that continued until 1 AM, making it impossible to sleep. While the hotel did inform us about the music from 10 PM to 1 AM at check-in and provided earplugs, it was still unbearable for guests who need to sleep on time. Guests sensitive to noise should definitely be aware of this when booking.

AAnonymous UserIt felt like home, what a blessing! When I booked, I was drawn to the large windows overlooking the harbor and the sea. The view was truly worth the price, and I was very pleased. The location was super convenient, and the management, especially Faut, was incredibly helpful and attentive! Thank you for leaving our family with wonderful memories during our short stay.

GGuest UserThe cutest little spot in Oludeniz. The bungalows with the jacuzzi add to the ambience. You can see the paragliding from your balcony which is an added bonus. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and you can book the paragliding there for around £50. Please be aware that this hotel is on a steep hill, so walking to, and from your room will definitely make your legs, stronger and toned. Family friendly.
