Hotel familiar muy excelentemente ubicado a pocos metros del mar. Cuenta con habitaciones con vista a jardines y el mar. Buen, y completo desayuno. Habitaciones confortables con un esplendido baño y mejor ducha. El personal es atento. Tuve un solo inconveniente, que tiene que ver con usos y costumbres. En Argentina usamos 2 sábanas, una arriba y otra abajo. En el hotel solo estaba la de abajo, y para tap**** había un acolchado un poco áspero, que no era cómodo. Si bien pedí que me faciliten la sábana de arriba nunca lo hicieron, pero esto no significa para nada que no haya disfrutado mi estancia allí y volvería sin dudarlo en otro viaje a Fethiye.

Stayed for three nights. I really like the Bohemian style decoration. It is very clean and the service is very good. It is difficult to park there, but they helped me park directly. They also helped me call a taxi to the bus station. I can always find the front desk if I need any help. Finally, I want to praise their breakfast. The two male staff in the restaurant are very enthusiastic. They greeted me friendly every morning and recommended food and coffee. It was really nice! By the way, I really like their cat. It is naughty and cute and I want to steal it! The price-performance ratio is quite high in that area. At least I bought the service and enthusiasm

Otel işletmecisinin bırakın işletmeciliği insanşıktan nasibini almadığı,müşterinin sürekli otele bir zarar verecekmiş gibi takip edildiği,her durumda üslubun iticiliğiyle huzurunuzun kaçırıldığı bedava olsa kalınmayacak otel.7 kişi gittik masaların birleştirilmesi yasak olduğundan ailece kahvaltı yapamadık otelde. İlk kez kapatan bir insanın ağırlığını ve kapanış hızını tahmin edemeyeceği han kapısı gibi ağır sürgülü kapının bir kez yanlışlıkla hızlı kapatılması sonucu otel işletmecisi tarafından azarlandık,Çıkışta otelden check out yapmadan önce arabaya valiz yerleştirmek istedik sanki kaçıyormuşuz gibi arkamızdan koşarak gelindi. Otelden çıkış yaparken kendi medeniyetsizlikkerini sürekli karşı tarafa mal etmiş olacaklarki ekstra varsa ödemeden kaçacağımızı düşündüler. Otelden defolun ahlaksızlar diye bağırış çağırış içinde çıkardılar.Otel işletmecisi asabi ve aşağışayıcı tavırlarıyla asla huzur vermiyor. İlk gittiğimizde köpeğimiz yanımızdaydı 1 kg chihuahua almamalarına saygı gösterdik veterinere bırakıp geldik, köpeği çantanızda geri mi getirdiniz şeklinde itici bir karşılama yaptı. O dakika itibariyle ondan hınç alacağımıza dair bir tavırla tüm hareketlerimizi iğrenç bir bakışla takip etti. O kadar medeniyetten uzakki hayvan sevgisinin de onu karşılıksız sevmenin de onun dahip olduğu gibi hırslardan ve kibirden uzak olduğunu anlamadı.Asla tavsiye etmem huzurlu tatil sadece denize yakın olmakla olmuyor arkadaşlar. Bir sürü otel var orda lütfen yorumlara bakıp gidin.Paranızla rezil olmayın. Otel işletmecisi her an size ilk kez bir otelde kalıyormuşsunuz mualmelesi yaşarak ukala bir tavırla birşey öğrettiğini sanıyor.Denizden gelince ayak yıkatmak istiyor mesela ama musluk taaa otelin arkasında odanıza tam ters yönde,çok isteyen otel girişinde bu işi çözer tatile gelen insanı saçma kurallarınızla yoramazsınız. O insan oraya rahatlamaya geliyor kurallar silsilesinde boğulmaya değil.Neyse bir daha asla kötü yorumları dikkate almam gerkektiğini gösteren işletmedir. From the pictures, I expected a nice spacious pool, with childrens/splash pool. I expected a rooftop terrace/sunbathing/relaxing area and a pool table. It seems that some changes have taken place since photos were posted online as there is no splash pool or pool table and the roof terrace is a barren, unwelcoming space. The pool now has a wall built up against one side, so along with the boundary wall, means it's flanked on all sides and doesn't receive enough sun to warm the pool, so even at the end of the season, after a summer of sun, its still freezing. As in other reviews, it seems rooms vary wildly. Ours was much nicer than our friend's, but our balcony was next to useless as it was completely shaded/baracaded by creeping plants. All of this, I could let slide, bearing in mind the price paid, but the service we received was a deal breaker for us. We like to drink late, often returning from town for a couple more at the bar before bed. On our first day we asked what time the bar closed and were basically told, whenever we wanted. We returned from town at 12.30am to complete darkness. We asked if the bar could be reopened and received a flat out ”no”. On another night we arrived back at the bar when it was still open, but later on, I think somewhere between 1.30 and 2.00am it shut down. That is understandable, but we didn't like the fact that we weren't told it was closing or asked if we wanted anything else, they just turned the lights out, shut everything down and left us sitting there in the dark! Despite this, 4 members of staff were still in the vicinity, one ”night watchman” and three others sitting chatting and looking at their phones. It seems bizarre, that you wouldn't keep the bar open and take our money, if you are hanging around anyway? Most of the time we were completely ignored by the staff, no one asked us how our day was or if we were enjoying our stay. There was one exception, one guy did make more of an effort to say hello and we had a brief conversation at the bar with him once in 10 days. For these reasons, we chose not to give the hotel any of our money and took our custom elsewhere as much as we could. We reckon the hotel lost out on at least £1000 in drinks from our group. Although the hotel had its faults, its close to the beach and more than adequate, so we may well have stayed again, had the customer experience been better.

The service was thoughtful and upgraded to a better suite room type. Breakfast looked at the Aegean Sea. It was a Turkish breakfast, but the location was very remote. There was no car and it was almost impossible to get there. It was a mountain road 18 bend hahaha. But seeing the scenery is too charming! There is also a large pool water in the suite that is iced, and the jacuzzi can put hot water. Anyway, it is very beautiful! Everyone must go early! Otherwise, the dark horse at night, the scenery on the road to the hotel is beautiful.

This is the most comfortable and considerate hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel environment is beautiful and warm, the excellent sea view suites and the gentle front desk lady and thoughtful front desk guy all make us feel that the trip is worthwhile! From their service, we quickly felt the friendliness of the people from Fethiye. Two days is too short! It is worth mentioning that the restaurant of this hotel is great! We saw a restaurant called Nude on Xiaohongshu that was delicious, but Google Maps searched for a long time near us, so we asked the front desk, and we didn’t expect it to be the hotel’s restaurant! It can be said that the best meals in Fethiye are eaten at their house! It is really a hotel that makes people linger. If we have the opportunity to come to Turkey again, we will definitely stay here for a few more days~

I have chosen this place to celebrate my husband's birthday, honestly this hotel is beautiful, the staff is very attentive and very kind, I have no complaints because everyone treated us very well, the food was incredible, very fresh and organic, I can say that the real view is much better than the pictures. Regarding the prices of the meals, prices are similar to UK restaurants, 2 starters, 2 mains and a bottle of good wine is around 130£ however, if you want to eat for a cheaper price you can go to the Yiğitoğlu restaurant which is on the read, it is a local restaurant and even if the people don't speak English, you can use your phone to translate, we had 2 meals there and very good food and so cheap. Anyway I can say that I recommend this hotel, you pay here for privacy and quality. I’m very happy to stay here.

Fouat was an amazing ambassador for the Orka Boutique hotel; he is a wonderfully warm manager who went to every effort to make us feel incredibly welcome here in beautiful Fehtiye! The hotel is situated on the bay/ harbour near to the lovely old town, markets and a huge array of restaurants also a stones throw from beautiful beaches and amazing historical/ cultural sites. A very family friendly town it’s a great affordable hotel, we all highly recommend it. We recommend room 304 for its stunning views - a little noisy at night but certainly not an issue for us.
