L’hotel è ben curato ed in una posizione ottima. In rapporto al prezzo ci saremmo aspettati però alcuni accorgimenti in più: - kit asciugamani e accappatoi per adulti e bimbi pronti da subito e non da richieste e con cauzione - possibilità di avere kit con anche shampoo e ciabatte - maggiore qualità al buffet in particolare per la colazione (mancavano torte fatte in casa e brioche) - piscina più grande e più calda

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel Emmy Five dal 31/10 al 03/11. L'hotel è situato appena sopra il centro storico di Fiè allo Sciliar in una posizione dalla quale si può ammirare il massiccio dello Sciliar. Hotel moderno, ma che mantiene tratti classici come l'uso abbondante del legno sia esternamente che internamente. Molto bella e grande la suite King Laurin, noi eravamo in 3 ed è decisamente spaziosa anche per 4 persone. Camera e bagni sempre puliti. Bella la zona piscina e spa. Buona sia la cena che la colazione, anche se mi sarei aspettato qualche piatto più tipico della zona, ma sono dettagli. Molto cortese il personale di sala. Sicuramente consigliato

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage als Familie (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder mit 4 und 7 Jahren) im Hotel Emmy. Die Aussicht auf den Schlern zur Rückseite und auf Völs von der anderen Seite ist wunderschön. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig; Sonderwünsche für Kinder und Erwachsene waren gar kein Problem. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich! Der Spielraum mit Kletterwand und Rutsche war wirklich toll, sodass für die Kinder auch keine Langeweile aufkam, trotz des teilweise schlechten Wetters. Der SPA-Bereich inkl. In- und Outdoorpool ist sehr schön gestaltet; leider ging die automatische Tür für den Pool nach draußen die meiste Zeit nicht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Ottima posizione, tranquilla. Ogni cosa è volta alla cura e al relax del cliente. Servizio e cucina ottimi. Tutti gentili, competenti e disponibili, nessuno escluso, dalle pulizie, alla reception alla sala ristorante. Ottimo buffet di antipasti e per la colazione . Ci si sente a casa ben coccolati. Zona spa molto rilassante e ben tenuta. Zona piscina questa volta purtroppo impraticabile a causa di famiglie con bimbi piccoli non proprio educati, ma in giugno anche questa parte dell'hotel era accessibile anche a chi non ama confusione e maleducazione. Questa era la seconda volta che tornavo e penso ripeterò ancora l'esperienza ma fuori da agosto. Grazie ancora a tutti.

Wir waren das vierte Mal im "Emmy" und fühlten uns wieder einmal sehr wohl! Die Kombination aus schöner Lage mit Talblick, dem modernen, großzügig und wertig ausgestatteten Panoramazimmer "Zirn", dem ausgezeichneten Essen, dem schönen, neuen Wellnessbereich und dem aufmerksamen, sehr freundlichen und zugewandten Personal- da ist Erholung garantiert! Allein der Panoramablick vom Restaurant und der Dachterrasse ist einen Aufenthalt wert. Ganz besonders begeistert waren wir, dass bei schönem Wetter das Abendessen nun auch auf der Terrasse möglich ist. Und auch wenn ich es schon mehrfach geschrieben habe - das Zimmer mit den "five elements", das schicke Badezimmer, der begehbare Kleiderschrank, der große Balkon mit Liegestühlen/Liege, das bequeme Bett mit frischer, angenehmer Bettwäsche - es ist einfach schön, den Urlaub im Emmy zu verbringen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Siamo pienamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza presso l'hotel Emmy; struttura moderna e pulita, spa e piscina confortevoli, buona la cucina. Abbiamo molto apprezzato i servizi offerti, in particolare le escursioni guidate e il giornalino del mattino. Consiglio questa struttura ai turisti alla scoperta dell'Alto Adige

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, Zimmer sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Nur die Tief garagenstellplätze waren eine Zumutung. Sehr, sehr eng. Außen,-und Innenpool angenehm temperiert und groß genug. Sehr ruhige Lage über dem Dorf.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel vicino al centro di Fiè allo Sciliar e ne siamo rimasti super entusiasti. Camera molto spaziosa e soprattutto pulitissima , noi avevamo un balcone vista Fié super! Sala ristorante panoramica, nelle proposte c'erano sia proposte tipiche trentine che tipiche italiane. Personale di sala molto gentile. Una nota di merito alla spa e alla piscina che noi abbiamo trovato pulitissima anche se non si devono usare le cuffie.
