The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others

Hi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

We stayed here for one night after a Cruise. We needed to be next to the airport and wanted a pool. The pool was amazing. The rooms (deluxe suites) were very nice, clean and modern. We also booked double rooms and a triple, again, very nice. However, the hotel itself is very run down. Lots of peeling paint. The reception staff were very helpful in ordering us Taxis and organising transfers. It was the attached restaurant which is the problem. The hotel is located away from any restaurants so we assumed we would simply eat at the next door restaurant in the evening. However, the menu was not very child friendly. The location was beautiful but we just didn’t fancy eating here. We got taxis into Ostia for food instead. We’re really glad we did. Breakfast the following morning was disgusting, both the offering and the quality but also the welcome (what welcome?). We were a family of 13 and there just wasn’t enough food. A couple of mini pastries, some small slices of bread and a small toaster. Some boiled eggs floating in lukewarm warm water, some tomato’s and some cheese. It was so awful. We asked for some juice and we were told it was finished (still 20 mins left of breakfast opening ) I asked for some bread to toast, again met with an eye roll. I can honestly say it was the worst breakfast offering I have ever experienced. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent and so needed in early Sept (which is why we chose this hotel), however, the food options were terrible. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this. We wanted a 1 night stay that was easy after lots of travelling, before our flight back to England the next day and it didn’t deliver. This hotel needs to provide a better evening dining experience and menu and a much better Breakfast with some service!

I book this “hotel” only for the vicinity of Fiumicino because we had a flight in the morning of 26th. We arrive on the afternoon after 12 hours of flight, the hotel has no room service so we are advised to walk to the conad nearby, but it is closed! Not so bad that at duty free we had bought potatoes if we were not hungry. The breakfast that was to be included was in fact the bar of the adjacent gasoline distributor, which was also closed. We weren't looking forward to go! The room was clean, but the minimum necessary, the walls full of sticks that would need to be painted; the mattress was dipped up with a tumbling in the center; and I forgot, the door handle remained in our hand.

We missed our flight due to the connection being late. We scrambled at the airport to find a place for the night and my wife found this small hotel. This hotel is modern and new in every way - the look, the feel, the décor. The owner and staff were friendly and informative. It is in a good location, within walking distance to many restaurants. It has great security as you have 4 locked doors to get in from the street. Breakfast is continental with coffee, sweets, etc. We took a taxi there which was $30E, but as we found out later, they have shuttles to and from the airport for $8E pp at specific times. If you get stuck at the airport or just want a quite place to stay for the night, I recommend this place.
