A little far away from the village center and ski lift. During the day ski bus is offered every half hour (not during lunch time!)
Sauna area and outdoor pool small but comfy. A la carte restaurant with good food.
Garage space for car for free if enough space.

Everything was perfect in the hotel, from the really friendly stuff, little but nice sauna and outside pool, breakfast buffet, to our room that was super cozy and clean. On the other hand the restaurants are quite expensive.

Fint hotel i byen Flims. Der ligger en smuk sø i skoven i gå afstand fra hotel. Stor pool med forskellige sauna inde og mindre varmt boblebad ude. Fin have med liggestole.
Meget lækker morgenmad og super venligt personale. Parkering i kælder og overfor hotel.

Bel hôtel, avec du personnel chaleureux, professionnel, à l'écoute, au petit soin pour sa clientèle , de belles installations entretenues, piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, mais le gros problème est, comment que la direction de cet établissement peut autoriser une telle cuisine désastreuse, pour un établissement de 4 étoiles, malheureusement celle-ci fait totalement descendre la note de cet hôtel, alors que les serveuses et serveurs sont aux petits soins avec le sourire et très travailleur . Quel gâchis

Das Hotel bietet einen guten Service, der Dpa ist einfach toll. Preis/Leistung könnte besser sein, wir hatten Halbpension, da ging es einigermaßen. Ansonsten Restaurant und Bar überteuert. Gute Lage, nette Zimmer

Es fehlte an zu vielem: - kein Begrüssungsgetränk - kein Quellwasser auf dem Zimmer - Bettwäsche wurde nach 1 W nicht gewechselt - kein Kopfkissenmenu - viele Kanäle im Fernseher mit verzögertem Bild und mehrmals Totalausfall. Insgesamt sehr wenig benutzbare Sender - korrekte Infos (bzw ohne Nachfragen zu müssen) an der Rezeption zB über Gästekarte - Information über das „Spa Around“ in Flims und Laax - Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption - Deutschkenntnisse der Serviceangestellten und im Spa - funktionierender Whirlpool und Kräutersauna - Entgegenkommen bei Entschädigung für die fast 3 Tage lang nicht mögliche Benutzung des Whirlpools: erst nach 4maligem Reklamieren (am So wurde die Benutzung eines anderen Hotel Spas angeboten, was im Rahmen des Spa Around ja sowieso kostenlos ist) - nur 1 Kneippschlauch, zudem defekt - Duschen im Spa u Schwimmbad zT zu stark oder zu kurz eingestellt - keinerlei Angebot mehr an Aktivitäten im Hotel, wie Auqua-Gym, Yoga etc. - keine Gratis Bergbahntickets mehr - sehr unwillige Anerkennung eines 4 Jahre alten Adula Talers mit abschätziger Befragung an der Rezeption Es war zu viel vorhanden an - Misstrauen und Schnodrigkeit an der Rezeption - lauterLounge Musik im Ruheraum, der früher ein Highlight war - Plastik im Lounge Bereich - grosser WLan Router im Zimmer der nachts auch noch leuchtete und den man nachts nicht ausstecken konnte - Lärm durch die Schiebetüren und kaputten Schrönke im angrenzenden Putzmaterial- Zimmer - abgenutztem Geschirr und Besteck - ungepflegten Pflanzen (kanadische Goldrute im Garten!) - unmöglichen Ruhebetten im Garten - Lärm durch Hochzeits- Lifemusik im Garten. Auf keinen Fall im Sommer Soldanellazimmer in Richtung Garten buchen - Dekoration mit Büchern ist im Prinzip schön und wirkt cozy. Zu viele davon und mit unangenehmem Kellergeruch eher nicht - riesigem, ungeschützten Möbellager in Tiefgarage wirkt lieblos Fazit: Einzig die Lage und die Anlagen im Spa sind top. Das meiste wird aber nicht mehr richtig gepflegt, Insgesamt stimmt die Qualität nicht mehr.

Tolle betten, das zimmer veraltet, der barkeeper super unfreundlich! Frühstückauswahl top, aber der service ohne herzblut (leeres geschirr liess man auf dem tisch). Im zimmer funktionierte leselampe nicht, auch nach der reparatur nicht. Ein 4* hotel in der schweiz? Wir empfanden dies nicht als solches.
