This stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine. The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are tidy, and the service attitude is very good

The location is very convenient. Very convenient around museums and famous bridges. Some of the rooms had not been cleaned and when I asked for help, hotel staff 2 informed me that the cleaning staff had already left and that the message ``Don't disturb'' and ``Make it clean'' in the room had changed to ``Don't disturb.'' The hotel claims that it was not their fault because they checked with someone else. The customer service attitude at the front desk was very poor and I felt very bad. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Facilities: Very old, the elevator is very small, the decoration seems to be about 30 years old, especially the air conditioner has a musty smell Hygiene: Hygiene is okay. Carpets are cleaned. Environment: OK Service: The front desk person was very nice and lent us a charging adapter.

Fantastic hotel, would definitely stay there again! In my opinion, everything about it is perfect!
