The first room we were given was dirty, the hotel left a lot to be desired in many aspects, and the service was not the best, I do not recommend it.

I couldn’t take a shower there. They didn’t have hot water for a simple shower. I was there just for an our, could be ready for my appointment on time. I left the hotel to stay in another one. I was late one our, need to run to find another place to finally take a hot shower! I want my money back

Just good breakfast, limited hours of swimming pool and small room ! Regular !

I really liked the location! I always stay close to the center and airport!

Great option for those who are going to run the Floripa marathon, but you have to get together in a group and everyone order coffee in advance on the day of the race. Cleaning and towel kit could be improved, bed not very comfortable.

The Wi-Fi didn't work any day, the bathroom in the room was bad and they didn't solve the problem.

We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, always clean and fragrant. The hotel staff were welcoming and there is a great view from the terrace where breakfast is served. The negative points are the Wi-Fi, whose signal is very weak in the room, and the lack of a hygienic shower in the bathroom, at least in the room I stayed in.

I requested a special breakfast when I made the reservation on trip.com, but the hotel said they had not received any information. I also made this request directly to the hotel by email and WhatsApp, but the hotel said they had not received it. In other words, no means of communication works. The hotel staff are very friendly, and I have no complaints about them. There was a burned-out light bulb in the room, and the bathroom had a problem with the water valve that needed to be closed to prevent water from leaking into the shower and sink. Even so, the faucet leaked and wet everything on the sink. Single-ply toilet paper, I expected at least double-ply. Basic breakfast, no cheese bread.

I always stay at this hotel, best location, price and great breakfast. And on this last stay I was surprised with the new room, super wonderful!

The location in the center of Florianópolis is phenomenal! They include breakfast in the price, which is also appreciated. However, they don't do anything extra whether it's your birthday, your honeymoon, etc. For the price paid it is fine, unless you are a customer with special needs... well there are stairs that cannot be skirted.

The hotel is well located, but there is no on-site parking, so you will need to hire an extra service at an additional cost of R$40.00 in a third-party parking lot. The room we stayed in had an unpleasant smell. The internet signal was weak. Breakfast could be improved!!! The receptionists were polite and helpful!!!

Excellent hotel! It is under renovation and we are already on a brand new floor. Excellent breakfast.
