房間設施簡單，衞生條件一般，沒有電梯，提着行李不太方便，尤其窗户外面很近就是另一棟樓的窗户和強，圖片宣傳的窗户外面是風景。

位置在佛坪縣最南端，離開鬧市挺安靜。前台服務姑娘態度挺好。旁邊是個小博物館，門票50，入住可免費看。主要介紹佛坪的生態和保護，挺好的，四寶標本都有，開心！
酒店小環境不錯，有主題也是秦嶺四寶，喜歡。有書吧。
房間稍微有點舊，不過在民宿也還可以了。

這是第一次在攜程給差評 此酒店當之無愧的差 酒店設施 衞生本就沒有抱什麼太大期待 但是服務或者説服務意識真是一丁點也沒有 酒店給提供兩瓶380ml的飲用水 我們帶孩子四人入住 泡麪用完再要的時候 酒店前台一個老太太就感覺是要了她命一樣 極不情願的給了兩個380ml的飲用水且一直強調已經給了兩瓶免費的水 到房間以後我讓孩子下去再拿兩個 結果人家不給 我下去吵了一架才又極不情願的給了四個 很無語 住酒店這些年沒見哪個酒店把飲用水看這麼緊的 投訴到攜程以後攜程和店家溝通説是以前提供的水存在客人浪費的情況 喝了一半沒辦法再利用 這個老闆腦洞很奇葩 酒店提供水 客人浪費屬於他個人素質問題 和你們酒店不願意提供 不願意完善服務是兩回事 第二點 老闆還想着回收客人沒喝完的水嗎？ 佛坪是個小縣城 既然接不住旅遊的這點流量 又何必在這影響整個佛坪旅遊的形象

位置在人與自然博物館隔壁，住宿送兩張門票，樓下有熊貓租車，過個馬路有一堆熊貓雕像可以合影，沒有電梯，行李得自己搬上去。
