Basic hotel with nice thermal pools.
We came to the hotel mainly because of the thermal pools (Which was the only one in Ischia in this season- November). The pools were great. However, the room was outdated, the bed and pillows were terrible, the shower is looking like 30 years old. Breakfast and dinner were basic. The coffee is from automatic machines and not tasty.

Ottima posizione, buoni i servizi termali, camere e struttura datate ma inammissibile la presenza di “venditori” ambulanti nella struttura che smerciano la loro mercanzia tarocca anche ai ragazzi. Fatto presente alla reception che imbarazzata non ha adottato alcun provvedimento. Peccato perché in un resort del genere ci si aspetta di stare tranquilli e sicuri.

Per la prima volta in assoluto abbiamo deciso di non passare a casa i giorni di Natale, la nostra è una famiglia numerosa e quest'anno abbiamo deciso di prenotare un albergo ad Ischia tutti insieme. Non potremmo aver fatto scelta migliore, l'albergo è bellissimo e ben organizzato. Le piscine sono molto calde, abbiamo fatto il bagno anche all'aperto a tutte le ore. Eravamo in 20 in età compresa dai 24 agli 89 anni, siamo stati tutti felici e spensierati. Il personale è gentile e molto professionale. La ristorazione buona, in particolare i dolci fatti in casa sono eccezionali. Cibo abbondante e in linea con le aspettative. Non bisogna dimenticare che si tratta del ristorante di un albergo dai grandi numeri e non di un ristorante gourmiet. Porzioni molto generose. Lo consiglio a tutti, noi torneremo sicuramente. Ringrazio tutto il persoale che ha reso il nostro Natale memorabile!

Prima di prenotare avevamo letto alcune recensioni negative legate a rumori molesti e a qualità scadente del cibo ma considerando che era un 4 stelle superior avevamo attribuito la cosa a casi sporadici ed invece abbiamo riscontrato, per tutto l arco della vacanza, gli stessi problemi. Viaggiamo molto durante l anno e mai ci è capitato di dormire con sopra un locale notturno con spettacoli fino a mattina e senza controllo del volume ( vibravano addirittura i vetri). Sul cibo, ad esclusione della colazione e della disponibilità del personale di sala, diverse pietanze scotte ed un cenone di capodanno da mensa ( diverse foto dove i piatti tornavano pieni in cucina). Alla richiesta di tenerne conto in fase di saldo della vacanza, con 2 notti su 4 completamente in bianco, ci hanno accordato un risicabile sconto… qua si dice fesso e contento! Complimenti… così tenete alto sicuramente il vs marchio e la vs nomea.

Ho alloggiato dal 28.12.24 al 02.01.25 con il mio compagno. La prima sera ci hanno collocato nella stanza n. 259 sopra la quale si trova il locale Oasis e fino alle 3 di notte c'era musica altissima tanto da fare vibrare i vetri della camera. La mattina, dopo le 11 ci hanno collocato nella stanza n. 123 dalla quale per il capodanno si sentiva musica assordante provenire da un edificio sopra la camera, che il giorno seguente scoprivamo essere un altro hotel. Insomma 2 notti senza chiudere occhio! Pessima qualità del cibo, non corrispondente ad un hotel 4 stelle superior ma più equiparabile ad una mensa. La sala adibita ai pasti con temperature elevate, pur non essendo una persona che soffre il caldo sembra di stare in una sauna. Le piscine sono 2 esterne di cui una piccolissima e 1 interna le quali non risultano di certo idonee per accogliere la quantità di ospiti che c'erano durante il soggiorno. Il maitre parlava di 300 persone e in alcuni giorni 400 persone. L'unica cosa lodevole è il panorama!

La perfezione.
Il sorriso Resort non ha nulla da invidiare ai lussuosi 5 Stelle presenti sull'isola. È un hotel che mi ha soddisfatto completamente.
Eccellente in tutto, dalla pulizia delle camere e delle aree comuni alla cortesia del personale, dalla qualità del cibo del ristorante alla meravigliosa colazione. Perfetti gli addetti alla reception, impeccabili i camerieri e lo staff del ristorante, ottima la cucina, molto invitante tutta l'area spa, che purtroppo rimpiango di non aver avuto il tempo di provare ma mi riservo di farlo appena mi sarà possibile. Mi auguro con tutto il cuore che questo hotel non cambi mai perché sarà sempre il mio punto di riferimento sull'isola di Ischia e il mio consiglio per un soggiorno rilassante a tutte le persone che conosco.
