Perfect for a short stay

We had a pleasant stay at Kooii Apartments. The apartment is spacious and good for us, a family of four. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall, we were satisfied with amenities and facilities provided by Kooii. If we didn’t find a cockroach in the living room, we would definitely rate Kooii Apartments higher in cleanliness. We really want to thank Scott, the Building Manager, for helping us when we had trouble. We had left our car key in the apartment after we checked out and dropped the room keys and swipe cards into the express box at 7:30 a.m. Unfortunately, we had to return the car and catch our flight. We called Scott for help. He was really helpful, patient and friendly.

Convenient transportation, good room type, beautiful view outside the window

The room was very nice, clean and big enough with a good view. There is a washing machine and dryer, which is very good

The hotel is right next to China Town. It is relatively new. It has all the kitchen equipment, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which is more convenient for family travel.

This is the perfect location for any stay in Brisbane. It is in the heart of Fortitude valley, a walking distance to the convenient stores or supermarkets. Also a walking distance to any food outlet. My partner and I enjoyed our stay here. Our favourite part was the views 😍 the rooms were super clean and had all the essentials. Highly recommend this place and will be booking here everytime we make a Brisbane trip 👏🏼👏🏼

I was looking for accommodation close to Fortitude Valley Music Hall to see a concert. When I checked in I wasn't told that I got upgraded to a 2 bed room apartment with City Views on floor 22. When I came into the room I immediately noticed the high end finishes in the apartment - Very nice bedroom, good size ensuite bathroom. So far so good I thought but when I entered the lounge room I realized that this was a 2 bed room, 2 bathroom apartment with a fabulous city view. Wow, what a positive surprise. The kitchen is very high end with Miele appliances and has everything you need for your stay incl. milk in the fridge. I highly recommend Kooii but keep in mind it's very close to the night club area so you might experience some noise on the lower levels on the weekend. We didn't hear anything on level 22 so....

Just some concerns we encountered during our recent stay at Kooi for a week. While we thoroughly enjoyed the pool facilities, we were disappointed to find that there was no designated changing area available. Additionally, the public toilet near the pool area was consistently locked throughout our stay. This issue was not just inconvenient for us but also a source of frustration for several other guests, as we observed. We believe that providing adequate changing facilities and ensuring the availability of restroom facilities are essential for guests' comfort and satisfaction. We hope that you will address these matters promptly to enhance the overall experience for future guests.

The room was nice and clean and everything was advertised. Staff where friendly, parking was perfect and found the experience great

It's my first time visiting Brisbane and it was all worth it because the accommodation and service provided by the staff is exceptional. The unit is fully furnished and the amenities are perfect. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in BRISBANE, Kooii Apartments is the perfect choice for you!

The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, offering great comfort. The apartment’s prime location provides easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Top-notch amenities include a well-equipped fitness center, a clean pool, sauna and jacuzzi! Not to mention the complete kitchen facilities that you can find in your own room and of course with Laundry set machines as well. The stunning city skyline view from my room was breathtaking. Overall, this place offers a memorable stay, worth every penny—a must-try experience!

Great location at the bottom of the Valley. Large well appointed apartment (although the kitchen could do with a sharp knife). Would stay again.

Great location, party precinct with noise of bass sound at night on weekends if you can handle it, emergency services main road used so sirens. aside from that a great place to stay.
