There was a smell when I entered the first room. I asked to change rooms. I had to go to the front desk to change rooms in person. I changed to a room next door. When I took a shower, I found that the ceiling in the shower room had not been finished and the toilet door was broken. I called again. The front desk called the security guard to come and check. After looking at it, the security guard asked me if I wanted to change rooms. I said yes! The security guard immediately moved me to a room next door. The soundproofing was really bad when I was sleeping! There were still strands of hair in the quilt when I opened it. When I woke up to brush my teeth the next day, I found that the sink was blocked and the water was running very slowly! A complete shock. Check out quickly and leave! The newly opened hotel still has so many problems, I’m speechless
