餐飲差，服務差。所有人員完全沒有服務意識。四星級酒店竟然沒有健身房等配套設施

房間設施極度簡單，沒有小冰箱。沒有小童洗漱用品。洗衣袋都沒有提供。隔音差，能清晰聽到房間外的動靜和一晚上的狗叫聲。最大的嘈點是空調，一級風量都吵得像開了戰鬥機一樣。還又吵又熱。
