I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms, and unfortunately both were problematic. The first had a water leak in the bathroom, and the window did not close properly, which made for an uncomfortable night. The second room was a smoking room, which was not indicated when booking, and it had an unpleasant smell, in addition to being cold. Apart from the rooms, the surrounding area is also worrying. There were groups of people drinking alcohol and drug ******* hanging around outside, which does not give a feeling of safety, especially for a family. I highly do not recommend this hotel for those looking for a safe and clean place

The room is clean, but the surrounding environment is very poor. I hope management can be strengthened. It's very noisy at night. The hotel's soundproofing is very poor, but the transportation is very convenient and it's quite close to the train station.

Awful! I couldn’t sleep at all because insects were crawling on me. I changed bed 3 times, at the end I tried to sleep on the desk fully clothed and with shoes to escape them but I still got a rash. 1. There are Bed Bugs. 2. Stains the towels and I even had some weird metal mesh on one of them 3. Stains and burned holes on the bed sheets and pillows 4. Really scary neighbourhood 5. The whole carpet is stained and dirty. 6. Burned places and weird green substances on furniture. 7. Wi-Fi not working 8. Power sockets not working. 9. Dead insects on the wardrobe 10. Curtain not even standing straight, looked like taken from the trash. 11. Flirty staff, I put a chair in front of my room to be sure no one comes inside. 12. Stains and holes in the bathtub. 13. Mould on the walls 14. Holes and labels on the walls?? 15. They made a copy of my card, I am not sure if that is still practiced widely

- TV in room broken - Even though room was closed and window was closed, there was screaming at night, no sleep possible - Whole building very noisy - Accommodation is near the train station district, lots of bums and homeless people, red light district - No breakfast - Card payment not possible -/+ Wifi/Wlan you have to get a slip of paper from reception, one for each device -/+ Clean room, could be cleaner + Parking possible directly at the hotel for 20E + Very cheap + Friendly and helpful staff + Heating, hot water available Conclusion: If you just want to explore the area and just want to sleep in the evening, I can recommend this accommodation. For anyone else who is on a business trip or expects a lot of luxury, I would advise against this accommodation. PS: I am not a paid product tester or review forger. And this is not a sponsored review!

The hotel a few minutes from the center, is located in If we forget the fact that the hotel is located in the Red Light District of Frankfurt and that we have more the impression of entering a prison than in a hotel, the hotel is well located and offers paid parking (10€) but is well secured. The receptionists are very cordial. However, a few small details bothered me a little, for example - the pile of rubble in evidence on the first floor, it's charming - although the rooms were non-smoking, they smelled of stale tobacco - the shower had nice small moisture spots as well as limescale crusts on the knob (yes crusts) - the system for having wifi which must date from 2003 on the one hand absolutely does not work and on the other hand is not at all secure We will say that it is quite practical for one night, if we close our eyes to certain details (but you really have to close them)
