Hotel location is good, it’s very near shopping street. Staff is friendly and always available at the lobby. Breakfast is various.

The room is big and clean. Beds come with extra pillows. Shower area comes with sliding door. The location is superb...just behind is the famous Verci Street. The " Ham restaurant serves very good jumon ham and goliush soup. The staff is very friendly. Especially Mr. Feri who help us with late check out as our flight is late in the evening.

It was a very nice hotel, and it had all that we needed.

Double bed should not be 2 combined single beds, very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathtub drain out water flowing too slow. I was standing inside the pool of flooded water while showering. Location is good. It’s kind of overrated for a 4 star hotel. Overall is a nice staying experience.

Very clean, cleaned in time. The front desk service was very considerate. My passport was stolen while traveling, so I needed to apply for a new passport with the embassy. The front desk staff helped me print the required documents and was very patient. Thank you so much.

The environment is very good and the surroundings are convenient, especially close to the cruise ship.

The hotel is located in the Old Town of Budapest, on the east bank of the Danube River, next to the Marriott Hotel. The transportation is very convenient, and the main attractions are within walking distance. Eating and shopping nearby are very convenient. The hotel decoration is relatively new and simple style. The facilities are relatively complete. The room is not big but enough. The internet speed is quite fast. Sound insulation is good. The service is very good and the attitude is warm. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is of high quality and delicious.

I came a little late. The front desk service was ok. The elevator was very slow. It is better to take the stairs. The hotel room was very clean. The sound insulation was not good. The perfume was very strong. Overall, I can give it 3 and a half stars.

This is a very good hotel with a good environment, large space and very clean. The suite I booked has two separate areas and two bathrooms, which is very convenient and has a lot of space. The location of the hotel is also easy to find, and the lobby is also very nice.

On the Danube River, although there is no first-line river view, it is centrally located and within walking distance of most Pest attractions. 100 behind the hotel is the pedestrian street, which is convenient.
