The first time i went to this hotel impressed ako agad. Kaya sabi ko mag book ako dito next tjme. The rooms are spacious and super nice ng amenities. Kids friendly talaga. Super nag enjoy kami ng friends and kids. Will def book again kahit super lapit lang namin dito 😅

Always my favorite hotel to stay in every time I'm at Las Pinas City to visit my relatives and friends. It's clean and so near the malls I want to go to. Price is also just right. I love coming back here.

Our stay began on a sour note at the dining outlet, Gourmand, when we had lunch. My ‘Beef and Broccoli’ came with a hair in the food and resting on the edge of the bowl. Things happen. However, this was so noticeable – a black hair against a white dish – that my wife saw it immediately when the server put the food on the table. Someone in your food preparation staff from the cook to the server should have seen this before I did. The food was replaced by the server but someone in management should have apologized to me directly. Further I was not asked if I would like a different item. The F&B Manager does not seem to have been properly trained or experienced. During the course of our meal, my wife asked the person at the entrance desk why there was a humidifier with essential oil in the restaurant as it was interfering with the taste of the food. My wife was told that the essential oil unit was outside the restaurant. When we went to finalize our check in, we discovered that these essential oil units were literally all over the hotel, on every floor with multiple locations. By the time we were settled in our room. My wife was experiencing some slight difficulty breathing and the beginning of an asthma attack. The front staff was accommodating and moved us to a premium room several floors higher. That was helpful. We later returned to the lobby area and several of the units were now unplugged and not operating. Unfortunately, the damage to my wife’s health had been done. I understand wanting to have a nice smell and all that. However, they were NOT using these essential oil units properly or healthily. "As a general rule, if all you can smell is the essential oil, your area is not well-ventilated. In such cases, you risk irritating your respiratory system". The hotel put my wife’s health at risk. Even three days later she is still sick and requires medication. My trip souvenir.

The staff is nice but early check-in fee is very expensive. Room is clean and nice, yet there are some gnats in the room. In room dining only serves till 10pm which is quite early imo.

I wonder how the lifeguard can hear the screams of drowning children when he's sitting next to a speaker blaring out the most aweful songs at pile-driver volume. This is the sixth or seventh time my wife and I have stayed here, but we always say it will be our last. It's super convenient for us: close to the airport, her family in las pinas and the leafy suburb of Alabang (and the chocolate sourdough and Firehouse pizza of the Crimson Hotel. They seem to have now given up on being a real hotel. It's always puzzled us as to why the hotel always seems empty but there are always really noisy families on all sides of our room. This trip I checked out other floors and they were in darkness. The hotel is also clearly targeting families: the pool was packed with kids and adults who couldn't swim, making it a very unattractive proposition until they escaped the midday sun. i've nothing against families, but if you're trying to be an international hotel and charging close to HK rates per night, the last thing guests want is thousands of screaming kids at breakfast, ruining the ambience etc. It's kind of a race to the bottom now. The "gourmand" restaurant is NOT. the mignon restaurant on the top floor has NEVER been open. Now they've shut the sports bar -- where we used to go to play pool. The staff, god blees 'em, haven't been trained properly, the management are clearly hopeless and they have no sense of how to retain guests, You'd think after staying there half a dozen times, their CRM system would twig that it's us -- the couple that drops a few thousand pesos every night in your crappy bar! Here's a good indication: when asking the staff (on our last visit) for a san miguel beer, i wass told they didn't have any... er... there's a 7-11 over the road, get off your **** and buy one. In any event, we went upstairs to the at-the-time-open bar and guess what? they had loads of san miguel. It's a bit like Fawlty Towers... but not funny. It it wasn't down the road from her family, we'd stay in the Crimson or another nearby hotel. In fact, trying one out this weekend. Will let y'all know how that goes.

As always, the service in this hotel is very good. They were not able to check us in on time due to the holiday rush but gave us a late check out 💜 The breakfast buffet was ok but I hope that they have a little more variation on the food. The viands served were a little too heavy for breakfast in my opinion 😁 But'll definitely come back to this hotel ❤️❤️❤️
