Location was good, just 5-7 mins walk away from Frankfurt main. Store and food around the area. Hotel is clean and check in was seamless. However I was shocked just first day after checking in, I was doing my business in the toilet, suddenly I heard lot of noise. I opened the door and see the cleaning lady vacuum my room, which the door was locked. This happened twice, on the next day as well. Maybe it’s a difference in culture.

Good value good location. Room had a balcony that faced the city. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Toilets and shower clean and new-ish.

the staff are very helpful and motivates. They great a very pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent in the context of access via trains but many travelers may feel unsafe given the social conditions around the main train station in Frankfurt. As you can expect from a hotel of the IbIs chain the facilities are well managed in the setup of business travelers.

The facilities are outdated. It is about a 10-minute walk from the central train station. The rooms are small and there is a large bottle of water in the room for drinking. The breakfast is average and the lobby is relatively new. I will choose another hotel next time.

The hotel is good, in the city center, the location is great, there are many shopping malls around, you can go shopping slowly. There are kebabs and delicious fried chicken. The hotel facilities are very good and very new. The design style is very unique.
