The hotel is in a good location and the breakfast is average, average for German hotels. The staff was so lovely, and accommodating! Their kindness made me cry. 😊 The room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast, which was hearty and varied. There was construction in the area, and very easily worked around. Close to just about everything. Will definitely return, and bring friends! Thank you, Ali!!

The clerks at the front desk are nasty and stingy. Wi fi has a difficult system that I have never seen it before. The Coffee maker was not working when I had my breakfast. The only thing I liked was the location

Very good location in the city center. Helful staff at reception. But the airconditioning in the whole hotel was not working which made the stay unbearable at 30C heat. Very sad not to be informed in advance while the problem was already few days long…

Das Zimmer war dreckig(Haare im Bad) und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, und das auch noch im Winter. Ein anderes Zimmer habe ich nicht bekommen da ausgebucht. Die zweite Decke hat mir leider nicht geholfen, eine dritte habe ich nicht bekommen mit der Begründung des Managers es wäre ja nicht so kalt, also musste ich die ganze Nacht frieren und habe mir eine Erkältung eingefangen, weswegen ich auch am nächsten Tag an einem wichtigen Meeting nicht teilnehmen konnte. Das war aber bei weitem nicht das schlimmste. Der „Manager“ wird bei Gästen sehr schnell agressiv. Ich konnte beobachten wie eine relativ wohlhabende ukrainische Familie ihre Großeltern zum Zimmer bringen wollte und Der Manager förmlich explodiert ist, der Familie vorgeworfen hat das sie gemeinsam in dem gebuchten Zimmer schlafen wollen und gedroht alle rauszuwerfen. Dabei hat er die Frau am Arm gepackt und es wäre schon fast zu einer Schlägerei gekommen. Es war mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel in dem ich genächtigt habe. Nur wegen der zentralen Lage kann das Hotel überleben. Für mich ist es geradezu Absurd wie ein so aggressiver Mensch ohne Fingerspitzengefühl die Leitung eines Hotels übergeben wurde.
