The hotel is bad

The hotel service is OK, but there are many homeless people in the area, and there are several bars open all night. There are drunk people shouting outside all night. I feel a little scared when I go out in the morning

The bathroom glass door was completely broken. The towel rack also fell off because the nails weren't fast enough. It's noisy outside... The staff was friendly, but the location itself was a bit dangerous so I didn't like it.

Downstairs is the ***, more chaotic. But the owner told us that the locals don't bother tourists much. The sanitation is not bad, but the people downstairs are more mixed.
