The location is perfect for the people who loves downtown areas but the staffs service is not welcoming like a neutral. The price is fair if you booked far away from the date when you want to travel. The decoration is not too bad but even they don’t prepare for bed sheets for the guests. For price you can consider but for facilities I don’t want to recommend

Nice hotel and in very good zone of the city

The hotel is clean, but not very big. It's not easy to put things down. The breakfast is very rich and the fruit is very fresh. If you need the room to be cleaned, remember to tell the front desk. Otherwise, it will not be cleaned by default.

This was my first trip to Frankfurt and I was unfamiliar with the area, so I made this a good choice. It was a little far from Frankfurt Central Station, but it was cheap and the room was clean and nice!

I booked the same room three times before I completed the order. The hotel is relatively close to the exhibition hall, about ten minutes walk. During the exhibition, the room rate will be particularly high. If the itinerary is confirmed, it is recommended to choose another hotel

I stayed here because I was worried about the safety around Frankfurt Central Station. It's just a short S-Bahn ride away, but the surrounding area is residential, so there aren't many shops. You can eat and drink separately in the hotel. I was a little worried about the safety of the S-Bahn station, but the Messe is safer. The room was very clean and comfortable! The front desk staff were also very nice.

I booked this hotel because of its good review but the room is very dirty and the bedsheets are stained and I will never book again because of false comments.

The toilet water never stops, but it's a new hotel and the staff are friendly. It's a short walk from Messe Station, and there is train and car noise from the window.

Overall, the room was clean. There is no cleaning for consecutive nights, but if you leave your towels outside they will be replaced with new ones. There is a large shopping mall nearby, including a supermarket, so it is convenient.

The service was good and the hotel is in a good location for the trade fair, but is a bit far from the city center. The Galluswarte S-Bahn station is about 7-10 minutes away on foot. Theoretically, you could also walk to the hotel from the main train station in 20-30 minutes. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Even though it is right next to the train tracks and you can hear planes taking off every now and then. But that hardly bothered us.

Nice, modern hotel with relaxed staff. Rooms are clean, quiet and functional. Good location for the city center. Would happily come again.
