I realised within 5 seconds of booking that I had gotten the date wrong by 1 day. I contacted trip.con and the hotel before I even received the confirmation email and they refused to do anything to help, basically stealing my money in the process. 

I will never use another IBIS hotel as long as I live, they have lost me as a customer forever

It was a very clean hotel. The rooms were spacious. It was also easily accessible from the subway and downtown.

트램역도 가깝고 근처에 슈퍼도 있어 생활하는 동안 불편함이 없었다.

The facilities are neat and clean.
The room size was large for the price, so it was convenient to live in.
The tram station is close by and there is a supermarket nearby, so there was no inconvenience during my stay.

Pas de salle de bain ok mais la douche avec une porte trouée et demie transparente dans une chambre pour 3 personne est exagérée.

No bathroom ok but the shower with a transparent door and a half holes in a room for 3 people is exaggerated.

The hotel is close to the long river, very modern and functional. Clean and very well organized rooms, though not huge. As in all Ibis Budgets, the washing machine is in the room, while water and shower have a separate cabinet. The single bed at the deck offers a good support plan (only take care of your head when you get up!), even if there are no boxes. Comfortable underground parking at 12 euros per night (conventionally).

Excellent Location in the heart of Frankfurt near a metro station, tramway, supermarket,restaurant,coffee   Easy and fast check in, thanks to receptionist for early check in  Very clean room much more than i expected, very quiet, strong wifi, air conditioning works well, good value for money  I highly recommend this hotel

It takes about 5 minutes to take the subway, which is very convenient!
