Fint hotel centralt i Frederikshavn. Gode værelser - vi havde havudsigt og kunne følge med i havnetrafikken. Morgenmadsbuffeten var god og var varieret.
Badeværelserne trænger til renovering.

Mye støy fra havna om natta og dårlig ventilasjon på rom. Sengene var ok, men stedet bærer preg av at hotellet nok hadde sin gullalder for mange år siden. Bodde der i nesten en uke. Det var litt for lenge.. en natt eller to hadde passet bedre. Gode parkeringsforhold, og kort vei til både sentrum og ferge.

Unfortunately, The bike was bad when I asked the reception to check the deck cause we rent for a day, she just ignore it and told me it was okey. The hotel offer tiny fan for summer season. Never met any service staff until we went at the breakfast hall. Food was okey and we stayed 2 days.

Beliggenhet god. Hotellet ser moderne ut i resepsjon og restaurant. Resten trengs betydelig oppgradering. Det holder ikke 4-stjerner. Kanskje 3. Slitte flekkete gulvtepper på rom drar ned standard, stort men gammel baderom. Ikke aircondition-veldig varmt. Frokost/enkel men god.
