Conveniently located not too far from the freeway. Ample parking space. Some food courts in the vicinity. Helpful and friendly staff. Quick and easy check-in. Clean room with airco. Affordable !! Vending machines with chilled drinks and food. Overall a very good experience.

Nice hotel with free parking, clean and nice location !

Except for the small size, other aspects are good for the hotel level. Although small, it has everything you need. Very good.

It was okay for one night and the location was very cheap. The beds were very good.

Located next to a petrol station with strong smells of petrol being felt in the amenities and in the room. Incompetent staff, not finding my reservation and thus charging twice for the room (on reservation and on arrival)

The place is relatively remote, there are no buses passing by after ten o'clock in the evening, so it is not particularly convenient. I originally wanted to go to Switzerland and live in Freiburg, but now it seems that it is more convenient to live in Mulhouse

Impossibile to sleep!! Guests are creepy and uncontrollable!! Poor quality control of everything, not hot water available, no vendor machine working. I am embarrassed for them for letting an hotel go this way! I will never book this hotel again.

We stayed in the hotel for one night for the Freiburg Marathon. The hotel is unhygienic!!!! Dust on the curtain rail which you could see from below and the curtains were not attached, danger of falling. Bunk beds, hundreds of fingerprints on the wood and sheets just laid out on the bed, masking tape from previous pranks. Carpeted floor you can only walk on with shoes and under the double bed there is dust and dust bunnies from the last few months. Do not book under any circumstances, not even for one night.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the main road and yet the rooms are quiet. The bus stop is 100 m away. There are plenty of parking spaces. The usual fast food restaurants are nearby. The rooms are as you would expect from a hotel of this category. Mine was spotlessly clean. The drinks and snacks from the vending machine were reasonably priced. The hotel is definitely recommended for a short stay or when passing through.

We were in transit and didn't arrive at this hotel until 10:30 PM. The reception was no longer occupied. We were able to check in digitally in the hall, after all I had already booked the family room for 4 people in advance. The room was simple but good. The bunk beds were good, but when we lay down on the double bed for a moment we were shocked. This mattress was end of life. Big hole in the middle, springs that you could feel, holes in the mattress, in short, very bad! Even though the B&B is a budget hotel, you can still expect a somewhat good mattress. Reception was no longer occupied, so there was little we could do at 11 p.m. I immediately sent an email to the hotel and filed an official complaint and demanded to be compensated. This way you don't let customers stay overnight. We put some towels on the mattress and tried to get some sleep. The next morning I spoke to the receptionist, she said that she had read the email and that she had forwarded it to the hotel manager. She apologized but she couldn't do anything else for us, that had to be done through the hotel manager. It is now almost 5 days later and we have not heard anything from B&B hotel Freiburg Nord. By the way, the shower and breakfast were fine.

We used this hotel as a reference point for our visit to the Black Forest and the truth is that we were very happy. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the access to both Freiburg and the rest of the highways that served that area of ​​Germany was very good. Free parking. The main problem is that there weren't many options around to eat, other than Burger King or McDonald's.

Devastating hygiene in the room, snippy staff. Empty drinks and snack machines. I was offered water as a source of food, or a walk in the pouring rain to a supermarket 20 minutes away, although the existence of a gas station with a shop right next door was not mentioned at all (I asked another guest).

A restful night is very difficult here. Due to the location of the hotel it is actually always loud. The bathroom, especially the shower, was unfortunately very dirty. The rooms are small but adequate. The staff often seemed overwhelmed but was always friendly. The breakfast offers a good selection of medium quality.
